    Is there a certain size of acrylic you always use for your welcome signs, if so what size do you use the most?

    • @CassieCouncil
      @CassieCouncil  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yes! I use 18x24 the most! ❤️

    Have you ever tried to out a boarder around the welcome message? If yes how would you do it please? Because the mats are never big enough for that

      @CassieCouncil  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi! I haven’t tried the boarder around the welcome message just yet! I would say.. in order to do that you’d probably have to cut it on the vinyl cutter in two separate pieces/mats and then piece them together on the acrylic if that makes sense!

    Hello Cassie
    Thank you for sharing you beautiful work
    My nice wedding is coming up and I want to make something for her but I been struggling with the paint part it looks no very appealing, I’d used brush and doing and looks horrible is true I use acrylic paint instead of house paint, maybe that will make a difference, I will keep you posted when I try house paint that have more body than acrylic paint
    Thank you again

      Thank you so much for watching! I would say if you’re having trouble with the paint.. get some foam paint brushes and just paint the entire back side of the sign! That’s the easiest thing to do and I think it looks so good at weddings!
      Yes! Keep me posted! It’s gonna be great! ❤️

    Hello! Can you do a video on how to download the fonts?? Is fontbook an app?? Struggling to get the fonts on to my iPad! Thank you xx

    • @CassieCouncil
      @CassieCouncil  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Bethan! Font book should come pre-installed on your iPad! I can definitely make a video about that at some point! In the mean time, I actually watched a really good one a while back here on TH-cam! Maybe check that out until I’m able to get my video up so you can move forward! I’d hate for you to be waiting on me! 😓

    Hey Cassie ! First just wanted to say I am obsessed with your videos they are amazing! I’m from the uk and not sure which ones are correct on Amazon I’m worried I will order the wrong size ! I am getting married soon and wanting to make a seating plan😃 where can I get the acrylic sizes please xx

    • @CassieCouncil
      @CassieCouncil  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Shannon! You are so kind! Thank you so much! For a seating plan (depending on how many guests you have) I would probably go with 24 x 36 inch or larger. Any size smaller than that may be difficult to fit everything! If you're having a smaller wedding, 18 x 24 inch would probably be a good size!
      Thank you so much for watching my videos! So glad you're enjoying them! ❤️🥰

      @@CassieCouncil thank you so much! I will hunt & add to my Amazon basket ! I have just been practicing today with acrylic discs as just got my cricut 5 days ago ! they turned out great , although you can see the brush strokes so not sure if it’s the pain I’m using also the letters lift as well so not sure if it’s better to use the reverse technique 💕xx

    • @CassieCouncil
      @CassieCouncil  ปีที่แล้ว

      That's so good! Just keep practicing with the painting! I look back at things I painted a year ago and I think they look so messy to me now but at the time I thought it was so good! Haha! Try doing a second coat of paint! That usually covers us some of the brushstrokes and makes it look more opaque if that makes sense! Try Oracal 651 vinyl! I have the one I like linked!

      @@CassieCouncil awww thank you!!! I’m struggling to find a decent paint / brush I’m going to keep looking though ❤️ I’m searching everywhere 🤣.
      Thank you so much! I keep going back to your videos to see what stuff you’ve used to give me ideas/inspo💕xx

    Amazing, but one question, why do Americans say "go ahead" in every sentence??
