I only knew because it made sense. Everyone isn’t privy to that type of information. Everyone isn’t raised the same way so they don’t know. It’s a teaching moment for some people. For my daughter’s, I will put their names and “Signature Drink”. I know the type of audience I will be dealing with so I’m probably still going to have to explain. 😩😩😩

I was just wondering how did you get the size of the template to make the correct size of the acrylic board?
She would have to measure it frequently. She actually could have scanned the product and use it to make it. I have done it with my daughter’s sneakers and it came out perfect.

How would you make it if you want the font on the back instead of the front so the acrylic is basically protecting the vinyl. Would you mirror the vinyl before cutting?
Hi Sarah! Yes you could mirror the vinyl and then paint over the vinyl - I'd definitely test this method out on a smaller piece in case it doesn't work. But as long as you seal the paint, the vinyl will be fine! Especially if you're using permanent vinyl :) Hope this helps!

I keep getting streaks when natural light hits it. What’s the trick for that?
Thicker and more coats! I did at least 3 and there were no streaks 😌
I love it but you went fast. What are the font sizes, spacing, width and height, then once you group what’s the final size?
hi! you're more than welcome to pause and rewind the video as many times as you need! I specifically zoomed in on the top tool bar at times to demonstrate the font sizes + letter spacing. A helpful tip is to have CDS open alongside this video, so you can measure it out properly. All of these steps are shown from 1:50 - 4:34. Thanks!
