@user-Indiandiary VNTR ka literal meaning hai variable yani different number of repeat sequences Jo tandem yani baar baar aate hai sequence mai. Toh different alleles ke sequences mai ye repeats ka No. different hoga kyunki alleles are different forms of same gene.

jab hum different alles aur DNA sequences ka RFLP karenge .Yani voh restriction enzyme ko use karenge jinka recognition sequence VNTR hoga toh hame alag alag size ke fragments RFLP mai milenge
