Thanks for the invaluable review. I’ve just bought tickets from Mel to Narita for me and the family, and yeah I’m 6’3” and I noticed they do use the modern slimline seats.
Very impressive trip but if you want the best airline to run Sydney to the Philippines either MNL/CEB look no further than SQ 2:44 . Also applicable to MNL-EWR/JFK trips with SQ offering SQ915/919/921 to SQ24/26/22 vs PR126. During an advanced booking you will be better off doing SQ from EWR/JFK to MNL via SIN over PR127

Hello, Premium Seats are the ones that may be front row seats or exit row seats, while the other seats are the standard seats 😊

Great video. You are on a premium seat and legroom seems no different than standard seats. Is it so? I just paid almost $100 for a premium seat on upcoming flight where it said Premium meanw extra legroom but seems false advertising 😢 Can you confirm? I will be with a 1.5year old infant and dreading, as you can't book exit row seat with infant

@@JohnDunst-dw7vr I believe it's counted as premium because it is a forward seat, but no change in terms of legroom vs standard seats.
@@daysfreak91 omg that's terrible. And fees are non refundable So I guess I am stuck. At least thanks to your video i will be mentally prepared. They do mention extra legroom when you are buying it, maybe something from ACCC

The plane looks really great and is probably extremely efficient. I flew on a Qantas A330 from Brisbane to Singapore recently and return and it was crap. People squashed in like sardines.
I know that was not a full flight but cabin looks well designed and spacious, certainly better than my flights.

Seats look very uncomfortable and look thin. Hardly any recline no good for a tall person. Rather pay a bit more with a full service airline especially for a long haul flight

These Airbus A330 seats installed especially for Cebu Pacific are 'as hard as rocks.' You can see there's no padding and they're not adjustable. Don't expect comfort or sleep. This quality domestic airline fails in the international market.

Hm the cost of ticket of yhe Cebu Pacific from syd-mnl?
My MNL-SYD-MNL roundtrip ticket was PHP30k. Bought it 2 months before my flight. I saw it could go as low as PHP20k and as high as PHP80k.
Would you recommend paying extra to select your seat?
If you're flying during non-peak season, I think you can just ask the check-in agent to select a different seat for you to save on money.

I have flown on most airlines and have found Cebu to be exceptional airline I'm 6ft tall and I found the seating as good if not better then other seating on other airlines due to the person in seat in front on other airlines laying their seats right back and cramping your legs if you are tall then you know what i mean. Keep up the good work CEBU 👏
