Very instructive demonstration guys, thank you very much! I have applied wrapping two years ago and now I want to continue, so I have to brush up on the necessary dexterity of it all.

Bought most my vinyl off your website. It’s much better than my first round when I bought cheap stuff off eBay 🙌

Asking for a friend, what if we already have the wrap on and it’s been dry for a day and there are several wrinkles. And there was a laminate so pulling it releases the laminate off of the vinyl which is a complete disaster, let’s say this friend did it and self by himself and it looks 99% good and 1% terrible and that 1% is awful and it’s because of wrinkles, would heating it up shrink the wrinkles?

Fuck 3m.. all I got to say. Never dealt with a film that glue lines as badly for no reason. No response from reps on the proper installation because guess what, there’s not one. Don’t heat it, heat it but only at the ends, need more than one installer, shops to hot, shops to humid……. I promise you there was glue lines in this film more than likely in person. Never using 3M films again. Honestly would like my money back for the roll because it’s not even usable as far as a professional install. Agree with CK wraps on this one. A unusable film if you care about finish. Not to mention the gloss is by far the worst orange peeled out of any finish…

It's doable, we're working with 3M Films as a majority, but you're right, this films doesn't let any room for failure. But so does every film have it's problems. Avery is thin like air and you can see the whole Air release lines on the finished product. Oracal is a pain in the ass as soon as it comes to neutralising and the quality of their glue is often really different from batch to batch. KPMF has orange skin like crazy and same problems with the glue cause it's basically Oracal. Hexis is only 2,5D, has a crazy tack and needs tempering like crazy. And I guess we don't need to talk about calendered films here.
As a professional you have to know all your vinyls or PPFs and learn to work with all their strength and weaknesses.
