Never say "it can't get any worse" because right after I did the skies opened up! One of the most miserable games I've attended in a long time. I realize this will eventually turn around with the right coaching staff, but this is brutal. Thanks for the great work.

I like seeing MORE plays. The defense film this week was perfect!
Could have filmed a toilet flushing and called that film review for this week. I tend to enjoy the 40-45 min videos, but I agree there wasn't much else to show this week. Video of the pod maybe? I'd watch that for sure.
I get the sense that the helmet communication is working against Lagway. Instead of him reading the play as it develops on his own, it seems like the booth is identifying matchups pre-snap and telling him where to look, then he gets tunnel vision.
I would like you to show more Gator touchdowns on long passes to open receivers. A couple of 40 yard runs would be nice too.

The worst part about this is having to defend the “we got to execute better” phrase. If mertz led receivers we have more catches. If O-line counted defenders inside out as they should, we don’t miss blocking assignments. If DJ scanned whole field instead of just aiming for deep route, he had some easy targets.
The pain of this offense is it leaves no room for error.
And all you people bitched about Zook, Muschamp, McElwain, and Mullen, but I guarantee you any of those guys would have won this game.
It's entirely up to you to decide how many plays will illustrate what we should care about. I noticed how short this was when I loaded it and figured there just wasn't much else good or new to talk about. I would have liked a little more about what was supposed to happen for the protection scheme on the 3rd and 11 at 14:23 in the 2nd. I'm probably supposed to know by now, but I'm a poor student.
Until the Napier era comes to an end, you should rename these Film Reviews "The Myth of Sisyphus:"
Would love to see a summary of the consistent issues (as well as positives) with the offense.
Have you ever sent your film review to the program? Or maybe DM some of the players with the link? I am genuinely curious to know if this is actually what is being said in the film room or if it's just BS soft coaching. He doesn't address any of this in press conferences or call out the horrific play, and it makes me wonder whether they are analyzing the film like this or sugarcoating everything. Should send it to all of the players on the roster and nicely say "Hey don't want to be rude and I'm certainly not an SEC coach, but I did a film study breaking down the offense and defense and am hoping maybe there are some things not being addressed in the film room you guys could learn from. Check it out if you get a sec" idk SOMETHING
The only consistent thing I've noticed with this year's team, regression. Everyone looks worse. Mertz is just bad this year. Idk what happened to him after his injury, but his accuracy has suffered majorly. Also, why is 30 even on our roster? That dude is not SEC caliber.

Dude was completely lost and had horrible accuracy. He will be good and is gifted but his GOD given ability will not over come his lack of experience or this coaching
Nobody thought that. People wanted Lagway to start because Mertz sucks. They wanted something to look forward to in the future. Lagway is already better than Mertz.
I do like the longer videos. But ill watch anything you guys upload 🤷♂️🤣

On the Badger td that was called back, if I remember correctly Montrell was wide open on a slant and go for a td. The LB guarding him stumbled and nearly fell. That would have been a layup touchdown.

I feel sorry for the kids actually trying and not blowing assignments. This is historic bad and I go back 40 years watching all the Gator games. Of course, the stats say so as well.
As always great stuff. MAny fans don't ubderstand the nuances or complexities of football plays . You do an excellent job of play review, Thanks As for the # of plays, highlights are great but also like to see "trends' and some individual evaluations.

I understand why you wouldn’t want to do videos of all plays of the game as you have in the past. I do enjoy watching the videos though and find them very informative. As a fan doing this for fun I would feel like I’m beating the ever loving crap out of a dead horse though. Thanks for the effort.

Watching the game I thought lagway was really bad. But watching this film I see it's not all his fault. I still think the score would have been more lopsided if lagway had played the whole game though.
Execution was terrible. Truly validated when you see it in slow motion.
Can't execute as a player when the scheme is terrible, the coaches can't out-coach a high school coaching staff and they don't develop players during spring and fall camps obviously. This is the worst coaching staff in the country.

It's hard to find any good plays from these games Billy play calling has to b the worst I have seen i see y he was fired as Offensive coordinator at his last power 5 jobs I really wish they let the WR coach Billy G call plays he was the pass game coordinator for uUrban Meyer N Dan Mullen

Offensive line should act like a wall around the quarterback not doubling anyone. You watch Tennessee when they see guys standing up they don't back up they knock them down. The problem is this guy is still blocking like its the 1970s and it is 2024. players don't attack from one point anymore,
Watching this o-line gives me a headache it is unbelievable how bad they block. How does the Offensive Tackle end up inside on the play that worked. Barber sucks should be on the bench and never play again
