I've got a 2022 crf450rx and think it needs a wider tire for more grip but I'm almost touching the chain with a mitas CO2 stoneking, this is just sick what you've built 👍

If you have a hole in the rear axle you can put in Jerry milkies trick stand that fits in the hole he designed them for bikes that don't have kickstands I think that hole in the rear axle is for 250 + 450 motorcycles he has a patent on the design and you can also use it as a wrench it has a square 3/8 four sockets it's really cool

there's a tool you can get for plastic mold injection that trims plastic easy

If you like the bw200 feel you will love a modern moto bike with fat tires. We have a few diff options. 8” or 10” wide in the rear depending on type of riding also a handful of different tread patterns.
