Buying 2pks for only one figure is putting it behind a pay wall which they claimed they wouldnt do after the failure of the EOV haslab . Ive only bought one legends 2pk which was destroyer and thor but only because ppl on ebay wanted the same price for the marvel select which is the one i really wanted . Ive bought one dc multiverse 2pk with batman and the fire effect dio which is the only thing i wanted but i got it cheap .
Yeah, I also think releasing figures for the first time in two packs is lame, unless they add a lot of value with accessories. I wanted destroyer but I did not want Thor. It’s currently on sale on Hasbro Pulse for $40 but I still can’t see myself paying $40 for that destroyer plus shipping. Haha, yeah Ive been wanting that fire effect piece too but I can’t justify the price because I do not want those figures. Maybe if it drops to $15 I’ll snag it 🫡🤙

@@sacrificedplastic yea i didnt want thor either but i felt for the same price might as well get two figs rather than one . Its like the logan sabretooth it dont want logan and so far have not bought that pack so ill probably just buy the age of apocalyspe or maybe the marvel select . Many times i just want the character even if its not the best one . Sabretooth is not a major one i need to have . As for that fire effect trust me i didnt want to pay that much but i wanted it for my dragon shelf so i had to do it becuz there is nothing else like it . Im even looking to buy the motu gwildor orko pk just for orkos effect piece to use for another figure but so far i cant justify it yet . You hope somebody sells it loose on ebay but it hasnt happened yet .
Yeah, I’m sure they’ll release Sabertooth individually in the next year or so. Same with Logan. I like the Marvel Select one, it has some articulation, it displays really well and I like the base that comes with it. Yeah, now I’ll have my eye out to see if that two pack drops to $15 so that I can pick it up. That Motu effect is cool also. I’m sure it will come up on eBay but it will probably go fast or hopefully it goes on super clearance.
Noticed lack of rounded chest on many figures from Legends. Omega buck is not all that great as it looks very broken uy from articulation and legs seem short. For Venom it is perfect but not for much more human characters. Have some DCU and find the balance is off. Treat them as pure toy line that would have been great in the learly 90's.
@Marveling, the Omega buck could use some tweaks for sure, as well as probably every other Legends’ buck. Agreed that the Omega buck works better for Venom so far. 🫡👊🤙
