Cheers dude, that means a lot. It was something I really tried to focus on as many of the dioramas I have seen haven't managed to get that really overgrown feeling. Mines not perfect by any means but I was pretty happy with the result and learned loads in the process.
Repositioning the Biker Scout's head was a great move since it looks like he's actually turning the speeder anyway. And as others have said, explosion is amazing! 11/10
All in the details and even though in the movie, the explosion ends that sequence... I added the second speeder and head turn to further tell the story. Glad you liked it and appreciate the support!👍
Cheers dude, all one big experiment and trying out many of the techniques for the first time. Definitely things I would change if I were to build again but learned so much in the process. Thanks for stopping by 👍
By the way awesome work I love watching your.. you prove that you don't need a big expensive stockpile of store-bought products to make a realistic diorama 👍
Pretty cool man. All that hard work, I would avoid the fake plastic plants. You gave me so many cool ideas. The lights made it look like a real explosion. I'd add maybe a few flying chunks in the smoke. But I really like it
I’ve been going through your videos for some tips on making a forest diorama… also Star Wars by chance… I built a STAP speeder out of a Barbie jet and it needs a base. Thanks your videos have really helped!!
Haha I have several bags of sculptamold in my stock. It is very much my go to for creating land mass. Love it!! Again - thanks for all the tips and thanks for watching 👍
Probably the best explosion effect I have seen in a diorama, I have seen others use cotton wool, but the fibre optic strands look excellent!! Well done on another excellent build Creative Cuts!
Thank you sir. Yeah I got the idea from TH-cam. Not a new idea by any means but I found myself often getting frustrated because they weren't executed well. Glad you liked it. 👍

Nice way to build conifers. One thing a lot of people miss is the marks on the trunk below the branches where older branches were broken off. They make noticeable marks. Your way of applying the needles is something I'm going to have to try. Now all I have to do is find a good way to do deciduous trees.
@@creativecuts7803 I made a twisted wire tree about 35 feet tall in 1/35 scale. It looks fine but then most dead trees have most of the branches broken off or just stubs. Very few stay in place after a few years. Now a live one is a whole other story. So far I'm working on a twisted trunk and the major branches, as with the dead one. I'm soldering on smaller twisted branches to fill it out and then will coat it with latex for bulk. Not sure how I'm going on from there. Get the skeleton done first, worry about the leaves later.
@@sabrekai8706 nice dude, I never tried a wire tree. I always end up using actual wood from the forest. I'm always on the look out for some narly piece of wood. I would love to see it when it's done. Best of luck with your build
@@creativecuts7803 First time I went to college, I was in Forestry. Spent 2 years in the bush looking at trees. I've always found the kit trees and most home built ones to be too bulky/clunky. Now is the best time to get out with your camera and start snapping pics of various trees. They are very slim, and have endless branches off of branches. Difficult to duplicate for a scale like appearance. The other thing about kit built ones is that they are tiny. A 50 footer in 35th scale is a tad under 18 inches tall. I don't go to that extreme but my wire tries are in the 8-10 inch range and I'm looking at a dry weed I snagged a couple days ago that will end up at 12 plus.
@@sabrekai8706 haha I completely share your frustration. I don't bother with kit trees because in my opinion, they are not even close. I have seen some great wire examples. If your interested check out the tree I made for my floating island build. It ended up being huge. Leaves could do with a little work but on the whole I'm pretty happy.
