Everyone is so fashionable. 🤗 I’m just an American university student at the moment and my dream is to be accepted into the JET Program and perhaps become a certified English teacher in Japan somewhere along the line. Where you got placed is so beautiful and even though I’m three years away from completing my degree, I’m preparing for it the best I can right now. Wish me luck!

Loved the vid! Just curious about shoes, I know in Japan you have indoor shoes. Does this apply for teachers? I'd love to wear nice little boots for teacher outfits but I'm not sure if it's allowed
So can you wear leggings by themselves with a longer sweater on top? Because that's pretty much what I wear everyday in the US, but I'm a college student not a teacher lol. Do you have to have your entire leg covered, because from the video that's what it sounds like. Also, can you wear blue or black jeans?
No there are definitely none! I just choose to go without because 1. I can't get my shade here so I'm saving 2. I'm too lazy to get up an hour earlier to do my makeup

What about Sock wise? I love socks, and have a pretty fun sock collection. Think that would be allowed or a hard no? (For reference when I say fun think Pink Socks with Flamingos wearing Christmas hats for well Christmas.)
I definitely think that should be fine! Japan is big on the kawaii culture and tbh the socks I'm wearing now has water melon and kitties...however, as is everything with JET every situation is different so have some back ups just in case! ❤️
tomi i have a question, are you signed to a contract and if you are, how long is the contract for and do you renew it? also how many years have you been teaching for?
Lol woo that's a lot 🤣🤣 ok so 1.yes I am signed to a contract. 2. It's a one year contract 3. It's renewable for up to five years 4. I've been teaching for 2 1/2 years
