When I saw the thumbnail I was worried you were just doing a normal Lego set review. This is absolutely phenomenal. Both modes are so clean and have amazing detail, this is easily your best transformer in my eyes

Your Dead End reminds me more of DOTM Dino/Mirage than Knockout, but still, this build is just phenomenal.

Making transformers out of speed champions sets/in speed champions scale is such a neat idea and I really wish more people would take part in it
Now that you've done a speed champions dead end, it sets a precedent for the other stunticons, which I think would be a really interesting opportunity for a minifig scale menasor eventually

I would love to see you build more Transformers (Speed Champions) because I thought it perfectly blend between the LEGO style sets and the MOC style builds.
It would be absolutely amazing to see more Transformers in the style of Speed Champions from you! I wouldn't mind the change in upload schedule personally if it impacted the schedule of when you release videos. Deadend might just be my favorite MOC made by you! keep up the amazing work, it's always a treat to see you in my sub box
I'm blown away. This could easily be a top-tier Bay movie design. I'm reminded a lot of Dino. Like, I immediately want a Masterpiece-scale third party toy of this!

this transformer is the best lego version i have ever witnessed, both the size of the car and robot are top-notch and they both look good, the beautuful part is that the robot mode is extraordinary while keeping the car mode functional, keep it up man!

For the windshield gap on the side, you could use the 1x2 bracket and put a 1x4 wedge piece to close up that gap. the one that is the 1x4 with the 2 stud wide at the end

Ngl. Even with the flaws it looks really good in car mode. And the intricate flex and pivot points to transform it made me think of the super detailed figures in how they transform.

First off let me say that I do not care about Transformers, one way or the other. I saw the thumbnail, and read the title, and hovered, thinking "There's no way such a compact and detailed thing transforms...", and then I saw the interior had some parts in it, and thought "Ok, that wouldn't be there unless it transformed...", so I clicked. And yeah I was extremely impressed overall. Making it look so much like just a detailed Lego car... Truly a robot in disguise!

Before you brought up the hood shape as a drawback to the head being too big for those pieces to sit flush with the rest of the hood, I just thought, 'Oh, cool - cowl-induction hood...'...

The back kinda looks a bit feminine for some reason(probably the windshield looking like a skirt), but i like that.
Love this build, so sick! I've been thinking about purchasing a Speed Champion set and some joint pieces and making my own Transformers out of Lego. Just haven't found the time and money 3 do it.

the engineering of the chest reminds me of bayverse ironhide. especially the arm design and the angle of the fenders.

Id love to see the rest of the Stunticons at this scale, or at the very least have them at your normal scale but they can combine. I know its hard to get large Transformers to combine without sacrificing a lot for stability, so a small scale Menasor would be the easiest way to go.
Next thing i know you're gonna make a minifig scale Menasor lol 💀
