I accidentally discovered this gem. It was really a "I came looking for copper but found gold" moment of my life. One of the accidents that I am glad it actually happened. I love this series so much that I always recommend it to my friends. Masterpiece.
Ahhhh I binge watched the first season shortly after it came out, and now that I have finished the last 4 episodes today, this song hits me like a truck :c I'm very close to graduating (not even half a year left now) and this opening makes me feel like I'm wasting the most precious time of my life... Without a single friend in school, I usually just sit around, and I most definitely don't want to remember my school days like that, it's just way too sad :C The closer I get to my graduation the more I feel pressured to make some friends in school, and that hella frustrates me... (Luckily I got a few friends outside of school tho)
One of the best anime. The story literally speaks to me while watching it. I mean I'm not a jobless person, basically I earned much more than I need but I don't love my job. Looking back at my high school years made me realise how I missed a lot of things. I just exist at school before because I have to and I need to graduate.. I don't enjoy my high school days at all.. My heart is racing while I watch this and it really gives an impact now that I'm in my mid 20's! Gosh! I hope more mature anime like this to come. I mean, It's really really good. Animes like this will really enjoy by age 20's and early 30's..

I'm single and don't have many real friends, I was often a minor character at school, I'm sociable and I've never been a sociopath, but often no one notices me. All the best times were in middle school. I've only just started to really appreciate the school years, because I don't know what will happen to me when I go to university,maybe it will be worse. Such a bittersweet yet beautiful anime. It's so sad to me that the friends they made along the way won't remember them. I loved that they remembered in the end but I wished we got to see it for longer. I love the opening, strains my heart to hear it now but yet nostalgic. I stumbled on this masterpiece randomly and I am so glad I did.
Recommend you to read the end chapter for closure and the additional chapter too that was released. That really gives such a positive ending, with everyone reuniting sort of
Its been almost 7 years... I always seem to cry and get emotional to this song. Dont get me wrong, this song is beautiful. But when i think about my life as a highschool ending soon, watching anime since i was as little as 2 and now 16 years old and making great friends, it makes me wonder if i ever will see them again. No matter what, this song will stay in my heart as the no.1, even when i grow older too and eventually have to leave my childhood and school behind.

I finished watching this anime and from the first episode I was hooked. I was searching for an anime that would give me a similar feeling to Welcome to NHK and while it is similar I like this one way more. Every single one of the main characters and there arcs were handled simply amazing and I have no grievances with any part of the anime. It is simply an underated gem in the rough truly and as someone who just like the main character was searching for his calling in life I relate to it and while I never had the chance to have friends and experience what he did it makes me feel nostalgic in a way for a time long gone. There's so much for me to gush over but I'll leave it here: I really love this anime. It got me to tear up near the last episodes and I believe that's proof of it being a masterpiece as most form of media barley phase me. I'm happy to have watched this. That's all.

Watched this a couple years back and nothing has filled the spot of how much I enjoyed it, watched again recently and still as good as I remember. It's the first anime I watched that made me want to read the manga to continue the story, which may I add is just as good and ties up any loose ends

I totally understand your feelings about the characters you watched "die off". That said, the manga fixes this problem, as they tried to cover over 100 chapters in 4 episodes. Once Kaizaki grows back up, (no spoilers) the story continues for a bit and elaborates about the goings on. It's long, but very worth it

I just finished watching this anime and I envy Akata, he was given the chance to back to his youth to learn and improve himself and to meet amazing friends for life. I wish ReLIFE is possible in real life😄

Watched this a couple years back and nothing has filled the spot of how much I enjoyed it, watched again recently and still as good as I remember.
It's the first anime I watched that made me want to read the manga to continue the story, which may I add is just as good and ties up any loose ends

before i was sad if kaizaki and hishiro wouldnt remember each other, now i keep listening and get more depressed because i want them and oga, kairu and the rest to interact again, it feels like they died off and its depressing as fuck
I totally understand your feelings about the characters you watched "die off".
That said, the manga fixes this problem, as they tried to cover over 100 chapters in 4 episodes. Once Kaizaki grows back up, (no spoilers) the story continues for a bit and elaborates about the goings on. It's long, but very worth it

Me at 23 mins: fck they got me there,I thought another heart breaking anime thank god I wont have to heal my broken heart again.
I also recommend guys reading the mangas ending because after watching the ova,its still not enough because they just hugged each other but in manga it's more detailed and will surely satisfy you.
