താങ്കൾ കൊടുത്ത equation പ്രകാരം FSI എന്നത് മൂന്ന് എന്ന നമ്പറിൽ നിലനിർത്താൻ, പ്ലോട്ട് ഏരിയയേക്കാൾ ചുരുങ്ങിയത് മൂന്നിരട്ടി ഏരിയ കൂടുതലുള്ള വീടുണ്ടാക്കേണ്ടിവരും. FSI = Floor Area ÷ Plot Area= 3.
