dont understand why would people pay so much for this, t3 all attributes, no life, no plus level of gems. Never played strength stacker but i would imagine i would not settle for anything but double t1 attr/strength + good roll life and some crit
The answer is, people don't know how to craft and have tons of currencies, I crafted my str stack amulet myself for less than 6 div, T1 T2 T2 suffixes, life and proj damage, knowledge is the real currency in this game :)

How do you make a mod fractured/synthesised etc in craft of exile? The website is terribly designed.
On craft of Exile there are no every synth implicit available, about fractured mod click right mouse button and choose "fracture"

yes its, you can craft 100% prefixes cannot be changed if you have full prefixes, and the same with suffixes
