@@thalesnunes3339 check that your gears are spaced correctly. Loosen the engine from the bottom . Put a thin piece of paper between the second gear and pinion and squeeze together while tighten bottom engine bolts. This will set the gap correctly for the gears to make a nice mesh with a tiny gap . It Sounds like your gears and pinions are too far apart maybe and damaging the ends of the teeth.

Thanks it was done before, but no sucess today it was loosen more 2 spur gears from 2nd speed
