It’s not a battery problem, it’s an OS problem. Pixels with grapheneos can last up to a week depending what software u have installed.
I can do 2 days without charging my phone so i dunno what u are talking about??

@@antoniocastillo787 If you can wait another year or so without AI features, then yes, it’s probably a good idea to wait. The 17 lineup will be considerably thinner & slimmer with an even larger battery than the 16 ProMax.

Small correction. The rumored 16PM width of 77.6mm is actually narrower than the 12-14PM width of 78.1mm and 11PM 77.8mm. So it's only bigger than the 15 pros, which were the smallest iphones in 5 years.
Nobody on TH-cam or anywhere on the internet has mentioned that the new iPhone 16 and 16 Pro might not be getting a physical SIM slot globally anymore, similar to the new iPad Pro M4 eSIM only. This could mean the end of physical SIM cards. eSIM only iPhones 16 series globally.

Honestly I’d rather have well functioning AI features rolled out but by bit than a bunch of half baked features rolled out at the same time.

I’m gonna hold off another year I think. My first iPhone was the 14 and it’s doing wonders for me. I love new tech but with how small of a bump the upgrades are each year it’s not worth dishing out that kind of money
14 pro is very new. No reason. I agree. Some cool little things. AI is cool, but realistically it won't be that useful to most people. At least not right away.

My wife and I are seniors and the buttons, especially the On/Off which we do use, is very hard for my wife to push and hold in. If the iPhone 16 has haptic buttons, that would be THE reason for us to upgrade from our iPhone 11 Pro Max models. We like the big models as they are easier for us to see, the only downside is we'll have to buy new cases, and we like the Apple leather ones, so an extra expense. If haptic buttons don't make it, we'll just stick to our iPhone 11 which is good and operates very well with IOS 17.1...no battery issues. Thanks for the hope of the haptic buttons!
You can put the On/Off switch to the lock screen. That’s what I did on the 15 pro max using iOS 18. I’m a Samsung user so I use that new action button for the camera.
Do you think those Features that they didn't showed to us for the 16 Serie will come to iPad pro m4 as well at the same time in September? Because Apple adverted M4 as The First Ai chip
Nice preview. I plan on getting the 16Pro. The smart Siri and the AI sounds interesting. The big draw for me is the video/photography features. I'm currently using the X, that happens to serve me well for mostly everything else.

I am very excited about what Apple is working on, but I just upgraded to the iPhone 15 Pro in September of last year and I don’t upgrade every year like enthusiast like you. however, I am looking forward to the new Apple Watch. I am definitely getting a new iPad because my current iPad Pro will not support all of the Apple intelligence features. The one improvement Apple needs to work on his sports scores not all sports scores are recognized by Siri. I learned this very quickly after upgrading from a dumb phone to the iPhone 4s.
This sounds like it has a couple of extra features than the iPhone 6 I have.
How are we 3 months away when the release is the first week of september, that makes it about 2 months🙃

Have seen a recent drop in iPhone 15 pro/pro max by £200 off RRP. Should I purchase or wait for the 16? I currently have a XS.

Yeah a lot of ppl say the base iphone has a "good enough" camera but i had the 13 and it is so much worse than the pros. Definitely a huge upgrade if you care about cameras
I have a similar situation to you. For the last year I have been cleaning all my family's cars and friends' parents and genuinely just anyone who wants it clean. I have enough for a pro max now, and I am defo getting either the 16 pro or pro max. I'm coming from a s22 though so a bit different than an iPhone 13. But tbh all my friends have iPhones, and I think they are just better.

Gonna be riding with my 13 Pro Max 1 more year till the iPhone 17 line up. This phone is just too good.
When i compared it to the 15 pro when considering an upgrade i found it to be identical in processing and what not except for the camera was the difference from 12mp to 48mp everything else was identical so i decided to keep it just paid it off. I only paid $200 in total for it i got $800 through verizon but i had to lock in to a 36 month deal i was paying $5 a month for it haha

I agree with the other commenter about "buh-in" for the correct pronunciation of "but-in" for the word "button". I am a speech therapist and this has bothered me for years on this channel (no offense Greg but try to work on that along with other words like: mitten, mitten, carton, important, bitten, patent, rotten, tighten, glutten, whiten.
Suggestion: glue your tongue tip to the gum ridge behind your top 2 central teeth when you get to the "t" just suddenly stop (don't release the tongue tip at all and don't pop it or make a hard "t" sound like the British do the "t" sound) and then simply finish the rest of the rest of the word (the second syllable) solely through your nose with your tongue tip still glued up behind the central incisors teeth. Trust me it works And it will not change overnight because speech habits take a long time and a lot of practice to modify but it will come! Just trying to help you friend! Love your channel!!!!😋❤

I was planning to upgrade to the regular iPhone 15 from my iPhone 13, but now with the new AI features in iOS 18, I’m considering waiting for the iPhone 16. I don’t really want to spend over $1000 on a phone.
I’m completely underwhelmed by my 15 Pro’s battery. Not only the actual battery health that’s already at 93% at 280 cycles, but the overall battery quality (5-6 hours of SOT). Upgrading to the Pro Max next year for sure.

It all depends on the camera systems. If the Pro & Pro Max have the same camera system then I’ll be going with a Pro. If the Pro Max only gets the better main camera sensor then I’ll be going with a Pro Max
If they like to play with colors, then I want the space black color from MacBook on my iPhone, or make the natural titanium color match each other throughout the phone body instead of the beautiful titanium color on the frame and ugly grey on the back.

I have the 13 pro and I’m just annoyed with how hot the phone gets when using it running stride and DoorDash and gps while streaming music
I’ve tried using the hotspot for things but the hotspot causes the phone to heat up a lot to. I hope the next iPhone with the ai chip can run smoothly or I’ll just have to get a 2nd plan for my iPad to offload work on 2 devices just kinds a hassle but better than overheating phone slowing me down waiting for it to cool off from car ac. I also do insurance inspections so

@@RyansTechReviews29 What’s your screen on time average? I’m getting 5-6 hours now on iOS 17.15.1 but I was getting 6-7 hours prior to that iOS. And that’s with a few features turned off like Always On Display and Background Refresh and more. So annoying.

As long as Apple loads the bigger 16 series phones with batteries. Not scam us with small batteries that drain like my 15 Plus.
I’m thinking that with the IPhone 15 pro’s and 16’s phones and beyond needing the right hardware to do things and Apps, this may create a situation with the older phones on renewed or refurbished market for IPhones. Apple may have a lot of generation phones that may needed to be scrapped and won’t be used creating a lot of waste that Apple worked on being less wasteful over the past several years.
Here is the crazy part they come up with the same design every single year with slight modifications that are so minimal. You can’t really recognize it and they brand different colors as if we don’t use phone cases. Let’s be real the second you buy the phone you put a phone case and a screen protector on it so the color of the phone doesn’t even matter.

I'm glad now that I got the 15 pro max when I switched carriers. They had a promo. I can't wait for the writing stuff to be baked in. I love to write but sometimes things don't come out right, and I find that AI summaries, though not a good replacement for humans, are at least good at showing me where I went wrong, and I can then rewrite things based off its feedback. Right now I use chat gpt but it's expensive and swiping between apps just for AI is really annoying

I'm pretty sure I made the right decision upgrading to the 15 Pro Max, because it was the first "pro" version of an A-Series silicone, I believe it will have the capacity to interface well with the AI. I definitely think it will interface with the iOS18 much better than 14 Pro Max and phones before that. I'm likely going to upgrade to the 17 Ultra if the rumors are true but yeah no chance I'd upgrade to at 16 Pro Max from a 15 Pro Max. Even if the AI features were slanted towards the 16 Pro Max, I don't care that much about it honestly. I don't care about a camera button or a camera improvement. I think the camera on the 15 Pro Max is insane as it is and I don't take pictures like I did when I was in my late 20's/early 30's (13-18).

All iphones from xr up have a Neural engine, what the heck is that if not AI?
You’re right, but on-device LLM models are so computationally intensive that the Neural Engines before the A17 pro chipset can’t handle it with a reasonable level of performance.
The base models desperately NEEDS at the very minimum 90hz screens. The Pro can have 120hz for its "pRo MoTiOn".
No such product yet. Until Apple actually announces something, you don't know what they have or will make.
