    i love this exercise, but i swear... it's nothing like chopping wood on a block, and im convinced that people who do/named this have never split firewood with an axe or maul before lol

    I know this is a core exercise but does it work a lot of the body? Legs and arms? I don't have much free time to do a full body workout, so I'm looking for exercises that target a broad range 9f muscle groups? TIA

    Found a few Wood Chopper vids, and was surprised at how bad this one it. For Core, you want a neutral spinal position, and there are a few foot positioning tweaks, etc. You seem to just be throwing your weight around a spinal rotation. Good way to f'up your back.
