    It's nice that he's so ripped because then you can see which muscles he's actually working. A lot easier to understand then just hearing him talk about it.

    Rob Riches has a nice physique. He does not look like he takes steroids though. That is an easily attainable physique for someone with a small amount of body fat. I was surprised when I heard that Zyzz juiced considering his lack of size. He also had an incredible physique , but when I think of steroids I think of people like Jay Cutler and Ronnie Coleman: huge and defined.

    You can do weight training. it does not stunt your growth, as long as you are eating enough and rest, you will be fine. Cardio training makes your muscle growth slower thought, so i recommend you to do it only for warming up.

    You are also confused about gravity! For a start you can't have "MORE gravity". Gravity (g) is a fixed constant. Weight is a force exerted on a mass by gravity. i.e. W = m x g. It doesn't matter where the pulley is or in what direction he is contracting (up or down) as both g and m (mass of stack) are fixed, therefore the force required to move the stack remains the same! The position of the pulley changes muscle group used to raise the stack it doesn't influence the force required to move it.

    To get that physic you must lose body fat first, otherwise impossible, how do you lose body fat, obviously hit the gym, which I do Monday to Friday and sometimes Saturdays, and I loose wight a lot of wight but I still have a lot of body fat if you know what I mean, especially around the abdominal, what sort of supplements should I take to get rid of it, along with my work out, i do a lot of abdominal work out, but is seems I have to do something else with it.
    Please anyone help here!!!!!

  • @loftygg
    @loftygg 12 ปีที่แล้ว

    4.46... Amazing definition, but I think you're a bit confused about gravity. When you're working on the cable machine you're always working against gravity, regardless on which direction you're moving your arms. The phrase "I'm using the same weight, but now I've got gravity going against me" is a contradiction, the weight stack always moves up.

    Why are some people so agitated when others notice a guy who's very likely using steroids. No doubt he works out a lot more than others too, watches his calorie and carb intake religiously and supplements a whole lot of stuff. But like others I must agree he looks like he's using steroids or some sort of growth hormone.
    Even still, job well done Rob! Good videos too!! Thanks.

  • @Jay2theRadPT
    @Jay2theRadPT 12 ปีที่แล้ว

    @cr7davidd Dude, He explained in the video Not to move the hips. I'm sure you realise that when you keep the hips fixed during a cable chop movement you end up moving your entire upper body with just your obliques. Even the range of motion completed using the arms is working the obliques. If you tried the exercise without moving your hips you would do the exact same form. I don't see why it's so hard for you to understand?
