Bird is the most clutch player ever. You knew where it was going but could not stop it and he delivered every time. I only remember him missing 1 clutch shot in his career and it looked good

I read someplace a few years back, someone pieced together Bird's GW shot attempts and they said while they couldn't find every last game but they had the vast majority of 'em and his GW FG% was somewhere north of 70%+ & I believe that b/c I watched as many of the games as I could in the 1980's and you would find you would just EXPECT Bird to make those shots it was actually surprising those few times where he missed 'em.

I'm a hard core baseball fan but I
would always watched the finals.I knew
Bird was good then I watched his
first video the ultra mix tape it showed
his talent's on the court.Then they
started coming out with more Bird
videos.And I realized he was just
Incredible and when I would tell
these young kids about Bird they
always bring up LaBron and the
more I watched these two and
just watching Bird videos and
watch LaBron live I really believe
Larry Bird was just great at everything
a complete player.

I’ll say some more when I wake up my brain needs caffeine but saw your drop while I was asleep so went to sleep this am watching you only fitting I wake up to absolutely 1 of my now top 5 Larry and basketball channels. You’ve worked so hard watched you from Day 1 ON BIRD BACK A YEAR AGO AND I ALMOST DIDNT GIVE YOU A CHANCE BASED OFF LESS THAN 20 mins on his mixtape……BUT SAW YOU KEPT POSTING & working harder and long and your friends and family just have made it complete for me BUT THANK YOU FOR (I’ll revisit something based off last video earlier which made me so proud of you on JJ REDDICK 🤬🤬🤬I know of him mutually so my bias dislike creeps in BUT WILL COME BACK TO THAT…..) but on LARRY RESPECT THANK YOU SOOOOOOOOOO MUCH FOR HIS DEFENSE RESPECT……ALL DEFENSIVE TEAM MULTIPLE TIMES IS WHY HE GETS OVERLOOKED ALOT & we didn’t have social media or if we had they would be saying LeBron ummmm he’s good BUT the cameras highlights LA WILL ALWAYS GET MORE SHINE…….I LOET A FRIEND & my goat when Jobe went down…..which is WHY I KNOW 1st hand as a Sports Medicine & ER MEDICINE lifetime (and could ball in my day til injuries got me but….) we studied soooooooo many of his injury it’s in school ( and I come from hometown……can’t remember if I said previously sure I did but will refresh because it was ages ago if so….) Our cameras weren’t todays but WHY JJ WOULD NEVER SAY TOSE WORDS TO ANY OF THOSE GUYS FACES BUT HES A SNUG RICH KID ……I JUST WISH HE WOULD HAVE TOLD LAMBIEER OR RODMAN TO THEIR FACE THEY WERE PLUMBERS 🤬🤬🤬🤣🤣🤣 or Isaiah…. Or old Charles Barkley…..but Larry would have beat him so bad he would have sued & cried like a girl in kindergarten lol….BUT BACK TO LARRY HIS DEFENSE LOOK UP EVERY GAME & I have well Dad does ALL THE NEWSPAPERS AS MANY AS 20 reporters views highlights VCR RECORDING THAT REMINDS ME OF “ The Bird Night 🤣🤣🤣🙌🙌🔥🔥” replays but his assists and soooooooo many because you blink you missed how fast he could get rid of the ball accurately every time almost and all these don’t scratch the surface IVE got probably 100 more I can’t figure out BECAUSE SUCH A TECHNOLOGICAL GAP CANNOT CONVERT OLD FOOTAGE TO TODAYS STUFF & WHY I HAVE A STILL WORKING STRONG ZENITH BIG TV AT MY DADS HOOKED TO A GREAT VCR BECAUSE TUBE TO TUBE ID ONLY WAY OR PROJECTOR WE HAVE THAT TOO DAD COACHED 7 teams back in the day & my brother & I my house was the “ball court” because we had a stadium goal so EVERYONE PLAYED AT OUR HOUSE & our floodlights at night I remember freezing in Mississippi 🙈🤣🤣 but AFTER FASTPITCH SOFTBALL PRACTICE AT 10 pm my freshman year playing til 1 am ( School next day) but Dad making me perfect a shot…..wish WNBA had been a thing back then but I’m 5’4” back then 103 lbs skin bone & muscle but my athleticism is why I was “ AI OR JOHN STOCKTON “….. for a girl who earned ALL MY RESPECT ON THE COURT BUT I WAS BETTER at softball ( also why MANY DONT KNOW THATS WHY “Larry Legend could have been Tom Brady…..” WATCH IN SLOW MODE HIS PASSING FULL COURT LAUNCHES…..ITS HIS FOREARM THAT IS WHAT MADE HIS SHOOTING & passing like no other & HE DIDNT WANT THE SHINE HE WANTED TEAM “W’s” HE MADE HALL OF FAME PLAYERS THEY ALL WILL TELL YOU & why Reggie was so great because Magic was his mentor but his style was Bird & he CAME IN A ROOKIE TO LARRY ONLY TO BE COACHED YEARS LADER BY HIM BEST OF BOTH……BUT HIS DEFENSE & clutch you NEEDED TO BE THERE IN PERSON OR TRY & guard him 🤣🤣🤣🙈🙈🙈🙈he PLAYED HARDER & better triple teamed when Jordan & Scottie could defeat him……there’s footage & on his mixtape is Scottie getting his ankles broke by Bird lol so why REDDICK makes me sooooo mad….. THAT “stats computer nor JJ” could EVEN HOLD A MATCH FOR A SECOND TO LARRYBOR THOSE “plumbers & firemen” TO WHICH IN MY LIFE I TAKE PERSONAL…..JJ IS A DISGRACE WITH “ smooth talk” but he COULD NEVER DO WHAT ANY OF THEY DID……..HOLD HIS STSTS TO 1/8th of those guys WITH ALL HIS ADVANCED & $$$$ etc….hes jealous BUT AGAIN THANKS FOR DEFENSE RESPECT ON BIRD……..HE STILL CAN IN A SUIT GIVE YOU (wo warmup) 30-40 in 3’s …..you’ve seen the footage & interviews from the Pacers a few years back….. but I will always take hustle & grind over privilege attitude & looks oh forgot $$$ JJ COULD NOT MAKE ALL BIRDS Shots or PLAYS
