Boogie-woogie has been danced in Europe since the 40s. The Europeans have created their own version of American swing. Boogie was popular until the 60s of the 20th c.
And now Europe is dancing it again with even greater pleasure.
For 20 years now, musicians and boogie-dancers from all over Europe have flocked to the small (13,500 residents) Polish Pomeranian Człuchów-town every summer.
And thousands of fans of this music, dance and clothing style do not have enough places in the hotels of the town. Then the spectators are given shelter by the surrounding farmers In guesthauses.
At boogie champions workshops, you can learn to boogie or hone what you can do.
