18:08 that was a golden comment you made. It’s not fame or furtune that makes one rich. It’s a relationship with Christ.

Interesting video on those great singers and musicians.I use to play in a bluegrass band years ago and I met Jody Rainwater back in the mid '80's.Jody use to play upright bass for Flat and Scruggs in the 1950's.A very nice gentleman that loved bluegrass music.

Thank you Mr. Spa Guy for the trivia on Country Music legends. Sad that so many die tragically due to drugs, alcohol and other addictions. Many times lonely, unhealthy and unhappy...Elvis.
Sadly money and fame DOES NOT MAKE you truly happy. Sadly Ms Lisa Marie Presley seams to be following in her father's foot steps with all her issues. Mostly thank you for saying that Jesus is the ONLY WAY to TRUE HAPPINESS and I will add peace and eternal life in Heaven. Looking forward to more of your trivia and history. Tighten up and Lord bless.

PS: Mr. Spa Guy even though tempted d not try to bump someone on the bumper to get them to drive decently and not block your ability to pass. You could end up in a deadly road rage incident or getting into a traffic accident/ticket. Please be safe on the road. Tighten up and Lord bless.

Hi there my friend Spa Guy. Very interesting video. Didn’t know many of the singers, but knew of Hank Snow. My Dad loved listening to him, Hank Locklin, Nat King Cole, The Platters and Jim Reeves just to name a few. When I heard you sing the song Let me all you Sweetheart it took me back to my childhood and I remember my Dad singing that song and so many other classics. My Dad passed in 1972 but this video brought the memory of him singing for me. Thanks.

Great, I loved Keith Whitley too & love Lorrie Morgan too, she appeared on Ralph Emory's show a lot , I think this is where I first saw her, she was on the Grand Old Opera quite a bit, would have loved to see her more....I did see a video of her going to watch their son perform in some small bar or something like that....can't recall his singing tho....Can you do more on Lorrie & Whitley too and /or on Lorrie & her son and what she is doing now and does she have grandkids....?

I got to see Lori Morgan at the Grand Ole Opry Feb. 1989 . She is a beautiful talented lady . I wish my step dad was still alive so I could ask him about the military markers. I don't know how that works either . He use to dig graves for a living. I do know they did leave some of the dirt at the cemeteries in case one started sinking , but they also would bring the dirt back to the shop with them sometimes too . This was a very interesting video. I never knew about all of this . Thanks Spa Guy for sharing. Be careful out there on the road with those crazy drivers .

Roy Neill was his son, he died at the age of 72. I found his obit, it didn’t say what happened to him. He did get into some trouble with the law in the 80’s, the article claimed. So they have it posted online as Roy Neill Acuff Sr. Instead of Jr. Thanks TSG !! Your videos are so nice to watch!!!

She loves trying to get to you and,one night with you.. we watched the 68 comeback Special, and the look in her 76 year old eyes tickled my heart. I dont think there would have been any other manager who could have done what he did.Yes he did use Elvis i wonder how Elvis's career would have turned out if parker didnt step in im not saying parker souly responsible for Elvis

I will say this in almost 2 years Scotty Moore and Bob Neal had Elvis playing Little clubs all over the USA and playing the Louisiana Hayride which was a good gig for the time but everybody that was anybody was on it.. Before the Colonels contract even went into effect he signed Elvis with RCA recorded a #1 hit and he was a millionaire before the Colonels contract had been in effect 3 months.. The mystery that the Colonel created around Elvis is what made him the superstar he is.. If he had another manager he would have been on every talk show and everywhere else and the outcome would have been different.. That is my opinion..
