Cool video man, it's interesting seeing how the price varies from there to here in the states on the cars. Skyline tax is way too real here. As always, keep up the great work bro
Fellow airman here and I'm lovin the channel. Ive been at LRAFB for about 9 years and am now starting to think about re-updating my dream sheet. I'm the last person still here when I first got here and a lot of us go overseas, only so many places for us 130 guys to go. I mainly want Yokota but how is the curfew and chances of living off base where youre at? I hear a lot of conflicting info about Yokota and it changes sometimes I guess. I'm a 30 year old single staff who's been at the same base my whole career so not sure if I want to go but would like to stay off base if that helps with the curfew. Also, how difficult is it to visit the mainland? I'd imagine that's something you'd have to take leave for. The one car rule, is that only a Kadena thing? Lets say I daily a R32 or 33 with plans to bring it back, could you buy another car and immediately ship it back to the states on your own dime? If so, I'd sell both my truck and z32 before I get there and dailya 32 or 33 while I ship a silvia or z32 to my parents. Sorry bout all the questions, its always been a dream of mine to go to Japan and bring back a gtr. Japan in general sounds awesome, just not sure if I want to go at this point in my career. Keep up the good work!
Thanks man! 9 years in one place sounds insane. I am Ammo so I don't imagine we have much of a mission there other than chaff and flare for your aircraft. Curfew is the same Japan wide for all the bases right now. Its E5 and below can't be off base if they live on base or out of your house if you live off base. I would imagine here you would go off base. We do have NCO dorms here but thats usually filled by airman out of the dorms that make staff I think. Mainland is super cheap and easy to visit. You can hop on the rotator if there are open spots and that cost just a few dollars. Commercial flying is cheap as well. You can get to Tokyo for less than $100 sometimes. The one car thing is an Okinawa wide for all services thing for sure. I am not sure if the mainland bases have the same rules or not. The only thing I see with shipping a second vehicle on your own dime is that I would imagine it would still have to be registered in your name and to register cars here you have to go through an office on one of the marine bases and its like the DMV and its the most annoying thing to do lol. You should definitely try and make it out here. I would rather have gotten a mainland base but Okinawa is not bad. I was just happy the be leaving Shaw AFB. The only thing with Okinawa that I don't like is that we get hit with harder curfews sometimes because there are so many military people here and of course people are stupid and get DUIs and stuff like that. Also the legal limit for alcohol while driving is .03 so that like one beer. Over all though its an awesome place to be stationed. Let me know if you have any other questions man.
Thanks for the quick reply. Yeah 9 years here is partly my fault. I moved around a lot before the military so after not getting Japan or Germany my first few years in, I decided to clear my dream sheet and settle here. Not many people want to be here so anybody who wants to be here will be here lol. Really not bad here though. With my rank, afsc, airframe and how long I've been here, its pretty good chances I could go there if I update my dream sheet. Just now realizing I'm getting old though lol. If I were to get orders a year from now or so, I'd be back in the states again when I'm half way to 40 if I did a long tour. Getting bored here too though so I might just try for Japan and rent my house out til I return to Little Rock. Thanks again. I'll be caught up on all your vids soon so keep on makin' them.
realistically how much would it cost to import a car top the state's w/o the military? love your videos Man keep em coming.I just joined the navy I'm hoping I get stationed out there to see what it's like.
I have seen quotes from some shipping companies saying anywhere from 2k-5k USD. As far as how to get a car while not in Japan yourself you'd probably need to contact a company that could buy it for you as well.
Watching this makes me so sad. Craigslist is so depressing in the states, but watching you surf through those sites made me nerd the f*** out .. Did you see those SSR Mk. 1's w/ tires for $600!? WTF!? Lol send me a Honda EF5 rt-4WD or a CA3 Aerodeck! Lol nah jj, great vids bud keep it up! Love the channel ✌
I doubt many people on Bookoo would ship since its mostly other military people selling there cars when they are leaving. Goo net you might be able to find a dealer that would ship though.
Do you know if they have any right hand drive BMW e30's I'm looking for one in Japan since it's one of the places I chose for my dream sheet for the AF
Hey dude I have a question, means my father want to import a r35 like one of the first models but we are in Canada and is it allowed to import to Canada and around how much would a 2008-2011 gtr cost in Japan and how much would import cost??
Not to sure on the price man. If you check one of the websites in this video you can probably get a good idea on price. I have seen quotes of shipping to the US anywhere from 2k-5k USD.
The only thing I could think of would be the last website I talked about on here or maybe try yahoo auctions japan. I will probably do a video on Yahoo auctions sometime as well.
hey Bro there's an Evo 4 in my country that parks everyday in front of my school and yeah I wanna show you it cuz it's the cleanest Evo4 ive ever seen how can I show you it?? do you have a car throttle account?
YourCarBro yep your right. i had a GTS4 coupe . great car. we have had 32s in New Zealand since they came out basically. great seeing the vids from the U.S you said super rare gunmetal grey? isnt that the colour they made the most of? Mines Gunmetal and after owning almost 7years,its never had a mechanical failure other than clutch.
I've seen that your BNR32 V-Spec looks gorgeous with those TE37's, but also in real life for me, cause I'm in Australia, My garage actually has a yellow 2007 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IX MR with TE37's too, My TE37's are bronze #BronzeTE37Life
Thatstrue. Maybe you could invest in a Rx7 or another GTR for when your son grows up. The other day I actually saw this guy's RX7 at a burger restraunt in Cali. I got to talk to him and he said he was pushing about 500-600 HP with a 6 Rotor 13B. I was like, "wait a 6 rotor?".
Hector Gomez only in some states it is 25 years cuz in Florida and I think California you can have r34s but for most states it's 20-25 years. And even if it isn't over 25 years, you can still import it as a show car, but it can't pass emissions and you can't register it until it's 25 years or whatever the year regulation is in that state
Haha glad someone enjoyed the website. Other than just looking around on those websites I do not know who would have those old school American cars lol.
that supra for 224600 yen looking a bit riccy doesn't it? :p an interior and the pimy my ride wheels doesn't looks that cool on it, better to keep it clean.
If you live in Japan then you can call the number listed. If your outside of Japan then maybe you could find an email or try and call the number using an app on your phone that allows you to call international.
I don't see any phone number in the listing, submitted an inquiry through their system, seems like this website is just an agent, they buy the car for you from the dealer with a comission fee but they won't disclose the info of the specific dealer direct to the buyer?
Sir Lets_run_a_train the prices in the video aren't with the shipping cost on top. every price plus about $4000 is what it would cost. but yes shipping your own is most likely the better thing to do as if a company sells it through there business they need to put more tax's on top (some companies will ship a car for you through your name so it doesn't need more tax's). but shipping your own is always a gamble as you have no idea the mechanical condition. I live in Canada and have seen many people import cars and the engines go the first month they pick the cars up. because in most cases these cars have been sitting for a long time to have such low milage. I myself have only every bought second hand cars that have already been in my country for a why'll (Canada). so that way I can test drive them and more times then not I have been able to buy the cars for much cheaper then it would be to import my own. as surprisingly enough it's quite hard to sell a rhd vehicle if its worth more then $5k or so as most people have never driven rhd and are afraid that it might be dangerous (which it's not). so most people aren't willing to fork out more then $5k to try it out. people are also worried about finding parts. as it can be quite the headache to find parts for a half decent price unless the car has a usdm equivalent chassis or engines. but anyways what I'm getting at is fork out the extra bit of cash if your going to import your own as its much cheaper in the long run to have a healthy car then not as parts will cost you an arm and a leg.
Love your vids bud however this is just dealer cars bro , email me at provzone at gmail to see or buy cars directly off Japan auctions , I have a 600 hp R32 with a HKS six speed for sale also under 20 K USD !

A trick: you can watch movies at kaldrostream. Me and my gf have been using it for watching all kinds of movies during the lockdown.
@Aryan Quentin Definitely, I've been using Kaldrostream for since december myself :)
Cool video man, it's interesting seeing how the price varies from there to here in the states on the cars. Skyline tax is way too real here. As always, keep up the great work bro

jerry flores 18-25k cash
The cost to actually import a car isn't to bad. I think its usually 3k-5k USD. Definitely try and make it out this way. You won't regret it.
awesome videos.. your the man Bro... supras all day
Thanks dude!
how much is the cost to bring thm back an how do u do it
I have seen quotes from some shipping companies saying anywhere from 2k-5k USD. As far as how to get a car while not in Japan yourself you'd probably need to contact a company that could buy it for you as well.
email me at provzone gmail and I will show you how , same skype name
Great video, I would keep the green it looks really clean. And go indians (:
I do like the green. It is just starting to come off in some spots. All Cubs tonight ;) Looks like we will see how game 7 goes.
i need an 240sx s13 to Latvia soo badly :(
Wow the prices have gone up $5k across the scale in the past year!
You should make a video on how to import a jdm car to the states
I don't know to much on the process yet really. Once I import mine I will make a video then.
Should do a video of how to ship back to the states
I will when it comes time to have mine shipped back.
I love your intro bro but u should change the word Faunt at the end
Thanks man. I'm sure I'll change my intro around again soon. I am not 100% happy with it either.
Watching this makes me so sad. Craigslist is so depressing in the states, but watching you surf through those sites made me nerd the f*** out .. Did you see those SSR Mk. 1's w/ tires for $600!? I know dude! There are always nice wheels and parts popping up for cheap. Thanks man!
Hi nice video, do you think that Okinawa bookoo sell cars and make shipping to Portugal? thanks
I doubt many people on Bookoo would ship since its mostly other military people selling there cars when they are leaving. Goo net you might be able to find a dealer that would ship though.
super clean white
I think it will happen soon.
So you can have 1 car per license right? So I couldn't have a licenses R33 and a no title savanna rx7 on base?
Probably not a no title car on base. They regulate that pretty good. Living off base you could probably pull it off.
Is there any Japanese sites to just buy parts from? oem and aftermarket
Yahoo Auctions Japan is pretty good. I plan on doing a video on that sometime as well.
Hey man I have a question could you do a video on we're you could buy aftermarket Japan parts
Yea I will probably do something like that!
Do you know if they have any right hand drive BMW e30's I'm looking for one in Japan since it's one of the places I chose for my dream sheet for the AF
Haven't seen any e30s I don't think. The only e36 I've seen up close was an M3 and it was LHD.
hi can u still purchase parts for theses cars like r32 r33 supra from any toyota or nissan dealership in japan
Yep they usually have most parts for them.
Ok thanks for replying
Hey dude I have a question, means my father want to import a r35 like one of the first models but we are in Canada and is it allowed to import to Canada and around how much would a 2008-2011 gtr cost in Japan and how much would import cost??
Not to sure on the price man. If you check one of the websites in this video you can probably get a good idea on price. I have seen quotes of shipping to the US anywhere from 2k-5k USD.
Can u recommend websites for import left hand drive car from Japan ?
What kind of LHD cars would you be looking for from here? Mostly everything is RHD.
So if you bought a car from this website you would have to hire another company to ship it to the us?
Correct. This website is mostly for people in Japan looking for cars but if you wanted to use it that way I'm sure you could.
Can Goonet ship to other countries other than the US?
No but the company I work for can buy the car from Goonet and we ship worldwide.
yourcarbro, I own a 1991 Honda civic wagon ( civic shuttle) do you know of any websites from Japan where I can find used jdm parts for it?
The only thing I could think of would be the last website I talked about on here or maybe try yahoo auctions japan. I will probably do a video on Yahoo auctions sometime as well.
How much does it cost to bring that type r to the states
I think shipping usually ranges from 3K-6K USD
These are dealer prices after markup, right??
ones at auction bid up to these prices anyway . Only way you get are car cheap at auction .Is if no one bids on it
hey Bro there's an Evo 4 in my country that parks everyday in front of my school and yeah I wanna show you it cuz it's the cleanest Evo4 ive ever seen how can I show you it?? do you have a car throttle account?
I'm keen to check out the evo4... My carthrottle account is NelKel :)
NELKEL GTR VLOGS k sure
I don't have a car throttle but I am on facebook @Yourcarbro or Instagram @jdm_atm
YourCarBro alright
all the cars have to be from 91 or less to come in usa? or
Mario Funez they just have to be 25 years old or more. it changes every month
about how much would you say it costs for shipping to the us
I think its anywhere from 3k-5k
YourCarBro do you know the tax? and is it taxed on what you pay or kbb value?
Hello how about a Web site where I could get parts used or new aftermarket? please help i have a nissan b13 91 -94
I'll do a video on some websites for parts soon. Try upgarage or yahoo auctions japan.
i live in canada so i can get all these cars.
I wish the US had the same laws :(
YourCarBro same
Ugh ikr lol
Next Level . that's it I'm moving asap
Sean Smile its been a while
if u purchase a car though the net . how would u have it ship to u ??
In Japan I would just have a local shipping company ship it to me. Internationally you would have to find an importer that could do it for you.
YourCarBro do u know any importer ? or u think maybe u c an help me on to buy a part and ship to me bud
How much are Subaru sti going around for?
I haven't look any up actually. You can check some out on those websites though.
So how much is it to ship to the US?
I have seen quotes from 2k-5k USD
Would it be risky to purchase an r32 gtr from here without ever seeing it? As in having rust or being unreliable etc?
I would definitely get the seller to send detailed videos and stuff like that before buying one.
I don't understand how they are so cheap. I mean, these cars like NA Supras and FD RX7s are 40% cheaper than in the states.
are all skylines that r non gtrs rwd?
I believe Nissan also made a GTS-4 that was also AWD.
YourCarBro yep your right. i had a GTS4 coupe . great car. we have had 32s in New Zealand since they came out basically. great seeing the vids from the U.S
you said super rare gunmetal grey? isnt that the colour they made the most of? Mines Gunmetal and after owning almost 7years,its never had a mechanical failure other than clutch.
ahhh ok thats what I thought! Thanks for confirming. I was just kidding about the gun metal grey being rare lol. They are everywhere out here.
I know all about the "super rare gun metal grey". When I went to pick up my car from my importer they had not 1 but 11 gun metal GTRs
I've seen that your BNR32 V-Spec looks gorgeous with those TE37's, but also in real life for me, cause I'm in Australia, My garage actually has a yellow 2007 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IX MR with TE37's too, My TE37's are bronze #BronzeTE37Life
#TE37s4Life
That white Supra was riced af but whoever owned it loved it
haha for sure
32のGTRは、スカイラインの中で一番好き😍💕カッコいいよね🎵でもインテグラタイプR DC2も好き😚💖スープラは、80より70のほうが好きだなぁ👍
hey how do u get an illegal car like the nsx to the united states
Anything over 25 years old becomes federally legal. Some companies will import newer cars than that but the hard part is registering it.
If you wanted the max you could sell the evo, but I don't know how special it is with your family. Your choice
Yea i considered the but the NSX not having back seats kinda makes getting rid of the Evo not a good idea.
Thatstrue. Maybe you could invest in a Rx7 or another GTR for when your son grows up. The other day I actually saw this guy's RX7 at a burger restraunt in Cali. I got to talk to him and he said he was pushing about 500-600 HP with a 6 Rotor 13B. I was like, "wait a 6 rotor?".
after how many years can the cars from Japan be legal in US
@2:45 He said 25yrs old to take one back to the US
Hector Gomez only in some states it is 25 years cuz in Florida and I think California you can have r34s but for most states it's 20-25 years. And even if it isn't over 25 years, you can still import it as a show car, but it can't pass emissions and you can't register it until it's 25 years or whatever the year regulation is in that state
Hector Gomez: My advice to you is to do some research for the proper information on this.
Technicaly the R34 GTR Nismo Vspec II in Purple is legal for importation under show and display.
Oooh man.. I spent more than 2 hours looking at that website 😢.. awesome cars .. do you anyone i can deal with to buy a 92 camaro !! Or a 93 cobra !
Haha glad someone enjoyed the website. Other than just looking around on those websites I do not know who would have those old school American cars lol.
YourCarBro I found them on the same website tho
that supra for 224600 yen looking a bit riccy doesn't it? :p an interior and the pimy my ride wheels doesn't looks that cool on it, better to keep it clean.
I agree lol. Little ricey for my taste.
I LOVE TRADECARVIEW
but how do you get in touch with the dealer?
If you live in Japan then you can call the number listed. If your outside of Japan then maybe you could find an email or try and call the number using an app on your phone that allows you to call international.
I don't see any phone number in the listing, submitted an inquiry through their system, seems like this website is just an agent, they buy the car for you from the dealer with a comission fee but they won't disclose the info of the specific dealer direct to the buyer?
What are you doing in Japan??
I am here working
intro?
I had my intro made from someone on the website Fiverr.
what would 790,000 yen be in can dollar
Not sure but Google should be able to convert it. It's about 7,800 USD if that helps.
YourCarBro oh yeah true haha thanks
If you want NSX BUY IT NOW!
The new NSX disappoint so many people cause the old model price to double.
I'm not in the possession to buy one at the moment. I need to think on it some more anyway.
@Yourcarbro
Goo.net most expensive car price website, I can say 900% more
Yo I live in nerimaku Tokyo I need help finding a s14 message me back asap
Im sorry car purists, ill take a NA Automatic Supra under 10k ANY DAY. Sounds like the perfect daily
holy fuck they are mad cheap. would be cheaper to buy a jdm car and import it than buy one already here in the states. getting some business ideas

Get rid of your wifes evo. Keep the r32 and nsx lmao
nai eu I assume they need a 4 door for the kid
Yea it's definitely nice having a 4 door with a kid so that's pretty much out of the question.
YourCarBro yeh fair enough haha
Love your vids bud however this is just dealer cars bro , email me at provzone at gmail to see or buy cars directly off Japan auctions , I have a 600 hp R32 with a HKS six speed for sale also under 20 K USD !
