It was very easy to understand.The display power of my microwave oven does not come.When the oven door is opened, then the lights come on and the tray motor is driven. I have no idea what the problem is.Please advice me or help me.
Whether food is heating up with this problem ? If no then there might be problem with control PCB. Means control PCB is not generating the required DC voltage's for display and relay.

its is negative clamper circuit used for voltage doubling. Capacitor value should be high enough for retaining the input ac voltage shape and capacitor value also effects the clamping voltage. Circuit may work with 1 uf
In your wiring diagrams for the oven lamp circuit, where is the neutral line to the lamp when the primary interlock switch is open--meaning that the light should be on when the door is open? Basically how does the lamp get the neutral line supplied to it? So I think door open is open secondary interlock switch makes lamp relay closed and when door is closed secondary interlocked switch is closed makes lamp rely open and turns off light. Then when cooking power starts, all three-- oven light, turntable and fan motor-- get neutrals probably by the lamp switch being closed again?
What is the function of two capacitor in doubler circuit. You have shown only one in circuit diagram. If monitor switch contact not open while door is closed , it will create direct short circuit is this correct. Plus reply I am facing fuse blowing problem in lg microwave wave. If the monitor switch is not open after door switch closed it will not create direct short because there is a relay contact in series with the door switches (please refer circuit diagram). This relay contact will be closed once we start oven with start button. If fuse is blowing after pressing start button then it may because of the monitor switch which may not be opening. Please check whether the monitor switch opening and closing with door.
@@RockzAutomation during running of microwave if monitor switch contact get closed due to shorting in side monitor switch it will create direct short. It is my doubt. Second about capacitor that is single capacitor or two capacitor with can as common point.

Output voltage = -2Vm where Vm is peak voltage. @4:17 For positive cycle the diode conducts so output voltage is zero and capacitor charges to Vm. For negative voltage diode blocks and output voltage = -2Vm (capacitor voltage + negative cycle voltage) voltage applies to filament. Hope i clarified your doubt.
Excellent video. My Panasonic inverter Microwave blows fuse while sitting idle. Sometimes after one hour and sometimes after one or few days while door stays closed. I checked all parts are ok and the microwave works good while fuse is not blown. Please give your comments. Thanks,
Please check for any loose connections in the oven near the connectors and also check that any live part touching the oven body. If not check the motors and at last it might be inverter issue.

The diagnostic error is H95. I have checked all the interlock relays and found them to be in good condition. A new high tension inverter unit and magnetron replaced about 6 months ago. Any pointers? please check the door switches....whether they are sensing that the door is closed or not. remove power to the unit and then you can check the healthy ness of the switches as shown in this video..hope this may be useful

Bimetallic temperature switches (Thermostat) provided for over temperature protection may creating problem. They are generally mounted on magnetron, adjacent to fan motor body. u please check these temperature switches by disconnecting incoming power cord from socket. In good condition they are in normally closed. U identify these switches and check with multimeter. If they opened means some problem. These temp. switches when detects high temperature opens and again closes when cooled.

Or Grill relay works as ON-OFF control and keeps grill temperature at certain preset level? In Grill mode Thermistor plays any roll to sense temperature switch off grill power from grill relay?

@8:15, Connector CN100 5 terminal is connected to 3 terminal (neutral) through lamp relay contact

C on HV cap terminal may be specific to that capacitor. HV cap appears to be non-polarised.

Not getting neutral, lamp transformer fan not working . Getting phase on both the side.
check the top and bottom door switches which should be Normally open and monitor switch is normally closed when door is open
