A very old fond memory: being a teenager driving in the sunshine from the Austin public library with this on the radio. A happy enough moment that it's stuck with me ever since.
Back in 2005. Paul and his band played this live during a concert and it was broadcast to the astronauts aboard the International Space Station. Making it the first live concert broadcast to space.
I love the echo ending. To me the music on this song is so good and the lyrics wow. I can just feel like I'm standing outside with the Sun shining on my face with my arms up in the air and feeling happy in love.
Love this song! It just makes me feel good every time I hear it. And I hear it a lot. They play it on the overhead where I work. If I'm not waiting on customers, I always sing along.
Piano & drums only. No guitars. Paul said that George Martin must have played the piano 'frills' because he wasn't good enough on the piano to play those.
Great song to kick off the new year, Brandon!
Another Beatles song, another all-time classic 😊
This is one of those songs that gives you such an uplifting vibe. 😊
This is just a FUN and happy song. Cannot but help to put a smile on your face.
So cheerful.

Nice choice and reaction. I think there are elements of boogie woogie in the piano lines

One of my favorite Beatles songs
Smiles.
I've read that a number of people really look down on this song. I don't know why. I think it's fun.
Yea, it's even been stuck in my head!
The piano solo was Ragtime style
McCartney is a melody machine.....and, add the voice and bass? Who is better?
😎👍

So Brandon, will you be doing their Rubber Soul album in the same way? I hope so 😊
