i went in solo with a recon drone and the sniper blueprint from the battlepass with the silencer. luckily i spawned right next to the zone. i hid behind a wall and deployed my drone to find the alchemist once i did a held F to exit the drone and used it as a reference so i could use the sniper and get 2 quick headshots and kill the dude. i used the stims and gas mask i found from a house to semi tank the AI's. I am still shaking as I wrote this. hope this helps
I enjoy dmz it's a good game mode for people who enjoy campaign modes and don't have a team or squad to play multiplayer and get destroyed by teams of people who have been playing together since the early release of the game.
I wish their was a solo mode with all A.I. enemies and no real players for DMZ, also a way to invite people to your squad instead of just being paired up with randoms before you launch the map because 95% of the time you paired up with randoms with no mics and they go off and do their own thing instead of working together etc….. I’ve been trying to get the M13 from the chemist for week going solo using the sniper rifle etc.., gonna keep trying.
Bro you can search for teams when you load into the map. On controller hold down the top directional button and you'll see a thing pop up where you can request for team mates

This video helped alot. Took us 5 tries with my squad to do it! 2 times tho we got killed by other ppl lol If anyone if curios. I had the rpk and a spx. My friends had snipers to and the 74u each. We sniper some guys before going in to guarantee the masks. Got them. Killed more for more masks. We went down 1 time each but able to revive. We all only had 1 armor vest. And somehow did it. Thank you again!
I did this for my buddies. The only thing is, once you drop the original, you don’t have the skin for it unless they give it back. So it will unlock the M13b but the cool yellow skin needs to be taken from the chemist and kept for yourself. At least that’s how mine is. My buddy never gave it back lol

Yeah I have simple tip for everyone who wanted the m13b blueprint unlock.. you found the m13b blueprint in two different locations first go to the dmz and play it, kill the chemist after that you successfully unlock the m13b,and if you really want the exact skins of the gun this the 2nd location you must go, exit the game go to your bed take a slip.. and yeah you found it..n your dream...
got ar13b. after killing the boss, went back to dmz and die so I lost it, I need to go back kill the boss again? also can't even use the boss ar13b on multiple players?
Sad part about this is You Do Not Get a Blueprint you Only Unlock the M13 such is pretty sad as it took me days to kill the chemist Solo thinking I unlocked a M13 blueprint but you only unlock the base M13 so you can level it up
Anyone have luck doing this while Matchmaking? The only few times have gone into the DMZ nobody talks which makes it extremely frustrating as you have no idea what your goals are.
Yep I ask if they are stuck on missions but before I look at their mission list they have fucked of in a vehicle with me thinking 🤔 wankers but solo is hectic and heartstopping but fun

Ive killed the chemist but always die to the gaurds near him before i can run away with the gun solo or with a friend ive tried a lot more than 20 times. I hinestly have no idea why theyd lock a gun behind this difficult of a challenge

I just don't like being forced to play certain modes for guns. If you like the mode, that's fine, I however hate dmz/warzone and have limited time so I just want to hop into regular multiplayer. Seems if I kill the chemist, I either get stomped by his guards or killed on exfill. Hope the Honey Badger isn't going to be like this...

I tried to get my team to go and try and they wanted to do something else so I did it solo and I managed to take the chemist down then went to exfil but it was the final exfil so I sat on the chopper 2 min....I was so nervous then someone came tried to kill me and then got mad at me cuz they had all the killstreaks for that mission but they shot first
Nothing like the division at all, I still play that game to this day and as a named 1v1 players in the dz and played the pve and all the events ect you can’t compare that game to this at all.

I tried the hard way a few times mostly solo attempts and it's not that bad it's better if you are on a exfil streak and have perks, already have armour and good weapons. The hardest part is getting out without being exfil sniped by weak arse bitches. I gave up and got someone on discord to drop me the gun and help me exfil
DMZ is unfair to the people who paid for Battle Pass, because DMZ is free. That’s really unfair. I paid for the Vault $99.00 and turns out I like the free game just as much. I don’t like the killing of the other people(mostly at Exfil) you work so hard to get there and some grease all kills you on the heli. That’s not cool.as far as I’m concerned, I won’t be ordering.
Just one person has to hold the gun when leaving. Even if your party dies they will still all unlock the m13 as long as 1 person had the the chemists m13.

Wait you can use weapon blueprints as in a insured slot weapon ? Every time i try to equip a blueprint weapon it reverts to the basic weapon ?
I did the same, then a camper landed on my exfil heli and killed me through the front window while already in the air and it didn’t count…

Instead of trying to exfil..... you can always do a hostage mission and get out.... no one wll see it... and you get out no issues.

You can just have someone bring a m13 in the insured slot in and have them drop it. Then exfil. No chemist kill needed.

With the time to snipe off all the ai slowly I could do it, but there always seems to be other players in the mix which really does make it impossible
