You could have a pump barely 1 inch below your rad and it would be totally fine. You can have an almost imperceptible difference in height and so long as one side is physically higher the bubbles will always go to that point. Assuming no obstruction. So long as your tubing or rad or SOMETHING is higher then your pump - thats where the bubbles go. Its a certainty, hence why spirit levels work. This video is borderline. Simply make sure your pump is always low in the loop. By at least a couple inch as a rule and there will be no issue ever.

Hydraulics expert and lecturer here: If you have air in your system, the system is either garbage, or the manufacturer/operator sloppy. You never want air in any closed system with closed reservoir. Ofc I'm aware that there will always be a miniscule amount of air in the system, since almost all manufacturers don't configure and mount their systems under water/fluid - which would be the optimal way to do it. That being said, in mobile hydraulics (which has many similarities with an AIO system) it's perfectly fine to have the pipes below the pump. If your pump has higher wear because of this, than you have much worse problems than bad placement. 😂

Great video, gonna try this out to see if it resolves my issue. It’s a weird one though. I’m playing GTA V with mods on my Acer Nitro 5. It runs absolutely smooth through the laptop screen but when plugged in (via HDMI) to my TV, it causes a delay and causes sticky controls every few mins. Gonna do some investigation on it tomorrow. Using an Xbox one controller, connecting wireless via Bluetooth to the laptop.

what about the 280 on top the fan setup exhausting and the installation is put together mounting in back of the three fan top alignment non used fully, and would i put the radiator screws up top at the front lines flush or the back lines cause its still a little small for 280mm to 360mm installation either way it doesn't have any clearance issues with wires in the way, ty i have the top back aio mount alignment atm.

Just switched a couple days ago for enlisted and Hell let loose. Shooting is easy. Movement is awful. I feel like a bot.

There is actually negligible difference from mounting on the top or front. While it is true heat rises and putting the fans through the top as exhaust is sometimes seen as more efficient, if you have exhaust fans in the front and back, one in the bottom 3r slot on the front pulling in, and the top radiator fans pushing out, you don't get really any temperature changes on the CPU.

It might be true. Just keep the radiators on top mounted y'all. Tried putting a chinese AIO named Sama from new egg in front of the case and guess what? After few months the CPU temps were pretty bad and weird sound were coming out of it. Processor was 5600x and it was a 240mm aio. Idk what was going on but popped it out and put it on top. In few hours the temps were fine again and well under 80°C during moderate gaming 💯 Before you bash me I've got multiple systems. And Branded coolers and they do not cause such issues. Such as my NZXT Kraken front mounted never had such issue... You gotta get really bare minimum and a cr*ppy cooler to observe the science behind this fromt mounted issue I guess... Just sharing an experience. That's all. But if you're rocking a Corsair or NZXT or let's say an Arctic cooler... I doubt you'll get into such issues in few years... But not sure after 4~5 years run. My case could've been an anomaly... but who knows? Any of you guys faced it?

Cool, so only helpful if you have a monitor or tv capable of 4k @ 240hz+.. my s90d is limited to 4k @ 144 hz anyway so no need to upgrade my cpu!

THIS IS NOT COMPLETELY ACCURATE IF YOU ARE DOING A FRONT MOUNT AIO RADIATOR AS LONG AS THE CPU PUMP IS UNDER THE HOSE LINES AND IT CAN EVEN BE A SMALL AMOUNT AS LONG AS ITS UNDER

I can play both but I’ll always prefer controller it’s just easier and less stressful on your arms and fingers

i made the switch due to me recently building a pc and i’ve noticed how bad a controller feels now. i still use my controller for five m but it honestly feels a lot worse than a mnk now when just before it was the opposite
