@@A330Driver No doubt about it and I will buy it as well. I used to have the old Realair Turbine Duke and it was such a blast to flight, can't wait to try it again.
Great airplane! Would live to get my hands on it, I really like the looks of it! I'm not sure if I prefer the turbine or piston though 🤷 Lovely video as well
It was another fantastic review Emanuel and as you explain it makes it easier for the new owner to get started with this beautiful device. Thank you very much for taking the time to introduce us to this, it's great.
Awesome review! Can't wait to try these! As a side-note, is there something you can do about the rather loud noises of the keyboard and you banging the mouse around? I think it'd help if you somehow disconnacted the mic from the desk it's on, which is probably the same desk you have your keyboard and mouse on :)
Please tell me the release is not also dependant on SU15, because at the rate Microsoft keeps delaying it - it doesn't look like we'll see SU15 before xmas.
Not a hundret percent sure to be honest. I would have expected it to rise as well. I have to admit though that I did not check the manuals to crosscheck it.
@@A330DriverI have to correct myself: The right propeller heater also increases the ampere reading (at least today). Maybe yesterday I did not press the „ground test button“ long enough. Sorry for the confusion.
There's nothing sinister going on. Piston first then a natural progression to flying the Turbine version. Plenty of coverage for the Turbine version will follow, rest assured.
The piston one is just the more interesting one to fly as piston engines are more complex to operate. Rest assured I did fly the Turbine version already and will surely cover it as well at some point.
There is no polutting of the air. I am in my den at home. My level of immersion won't go this deep. I love all the detail, but, really?? FYI. I will be purchasing both versions.

Good video and overview of the module as usual, thank you. However, has 'Just Flight' mandated that all youtubers present the piston or something? everyone is doing the piston, but not the turbine. Makes me wonder if these previews for the Piston Duke are not simply coincidence, but intentional from the developer/publisher.
It's not been mandated, but given the material that has been published by just flight as well as the internal "talking points" document we got - where they highlight what they think the main features of the addon are (which is not mandatory to use, but still a nice guide) - the Piston Duke is simply the more interesting plane to me. Seems like most others agreed. Piston engines are more complex than turbine engines and they have more possibilities of finetuning and things going wrong. That's the reason why I choose to cover the Piston Duke first.
@@A330Driver Thank you for the prompt and detailed reply, much appreciated. I hope you get the time to do a video for the Turbine Duke as well at some point.
All TH-camrs reviewing the Piston and me waiting the Turbine. Thank you for the video.
I'll definitely get both :) .
Bring on the turbin!!
The piston one is the more interesting one for me as it's more complex. I guess the others probably thought the same.

@@A330Driver Absolutely! (And sounds better IMO.)
I have recently been really into all the black square aircraft. So much fun to fly these. I guess I’m getting another on now lol
Certainly worth it!
I wish they upgraded their TBM850 with a custom sound set. That’s the only feature missing for me on the TBM’s!
Has the looks like the Black Square TBM. I like it. The sounds are fantastic.
Just to add if you got the 750 xi version you can download your sim brief directly into the flight plan no need to enter your flight plans at all
This is becoming my favorite piston twin in the game.
Can’t wait to see more of the Dukes. I however like the Royal Turbine Duke more, haven’t yet decided if I even want to buy the piston one.
Same here. In my case I’ll only get the turbine.
Great video! I can't wait for the Dukes!
Very soon!
THE BEST REVIEW FOR THE DUKE SO I BAUGHT THE PISTON VARIANTS only Thank You

Sounds like an electric coffee grinder; one can hear coffee beans hitting the plastic cover! 😁 (48:00 - 48:30)
I realy Trust Your Reviews am considering the Duke the piston and Grand but will wait for SU 15 First

Same….Black Square is awesome
They absolutely are!
How do you think this plane compares to the chancellor 414?
Danke ! Question is, how many planes do you need ? 😅
'Insert kylo ren meme': MOAR ! 🐸
You can never have enough options, right?
Can you please set in order wich is more realistic?
Cessna 310, Cessna 414 or Piston Duke
Are there much difference in realism?
Thanks!
This is one I’ve been waiting for I wasn’t amused when it got pushed back. I inclined for the turbo, prop. TBM850 I think it shared the sounds only ?
I think you're right about the TBM. This one is finally fully custom indeed!
Is it correct that if you test the propeller heaters individually, the right one does not increase the ampere indication? 33:18

NICE flying
Are these the old RealAir peeps ? I liked the dukes by them very much.
Same type of plane, different developers though as far as I'm aware. And believe me, the Real Air ones were great, but this is another level!
Uff...i wondered if they would do a lancair legacy next 🐸 we'll see i guess 😇
Realair here.
nice !
How u are zooming when looking panel which plugin is this? Thanks
Is the Duke LNAV/VNAV capable for a RNP approach? Or is it just LNAV?
Within the limits of what the installed GPS unit can provide, yes.
I am so excited for these..ugh the delays
Soon!

Not out yet?

@A330 Driver, ich mag deine Videos, aber die Hintergrundgeräusche in den Videos, werden immer nerviger. Wäre schön, wenn du das reduzieren könntest.
