Discover the Hidden Gems: Top 3 Weatherford, TX Neighborhoods in 2024

In this video we go through 3 of my favorite neighborhoods in Weatherford right now. The first one is Canyon Creek Ranch. It's got 1-3 acre lots, is gated and has a few resales as well as brand new builds priced from the upper $700's-up to $1.5million. The next one is halfway between Weatherford and Granbury and is priced from $400,000-$600,000 for new construction homes on 1 acre. The last one is where the elite of this part of Texas are moving to. There are only 125 properties in this development and it has 2 gates, plus a guard shack to get in. There is a 1 acre resale available at the time of this for $850k and the properties go up to 20 acres and over $4mil. There are plenty of other Weatherford neighborhoods and small ranches not in a neighborhood at all, so if there is another price point or style you're looking for, comment below and I'll do my best to get some video out on it for you!

Texas definitely has high property taxes since we don't have an income tax! I haven't noticed traffic jams in Weatherford yet, but it doesn't mean it won't come with growth.
