An interesting detail that supports the Kyros is Tessa theory is the parallels between Ocarina of Time and Hytale. The Kweebecs are very similar to Kokiri, then factor in the beads for each region corresponding with an element and needing to get them to save Gaia just like you needed medallions to save Zelda. If we go further Tessa could be their equivalent of Nabooru from OOT. She was corrupted by the magic of Ganondorfs witch mothers, brainwashing her and turning her into a dark knuckle, a large and imposing armored warrior. I think Varyn possibly did this to Tessa.

If they allow you to choose what side or factions to run with, this could be one of the best games made to date. It'll happen one way or another knowing the modding communities.
They need to communicate more. It's hard to keep faith in a game when the updates are like twice a year or something. All they need to do is post more blogs, so we can see the game actually being worked on. I find it hard to believe that takes too much time or resources, considering they're backed by riot now and supposedly have hundreds of developers.
I actually wonder what it would look like if a bunch of pro-Kweebec hackers hijacked a Burner's livestream at one point. Would it be a group called LORAX that says they "speak for the trees?" That'd be entertaining to watch.

With the new AI developments going on in the world, I wonder if it would be possible to hook up Chat GPT to a mob in Hytale and have real-time conversations with them. 🤔 I know about a game, either already released or currently in development, that has already done this, and its really cool.

It's not rated as the most anticipated game. It was for a year. But lost that soon after, it's not even in the top 50 anymore. I'm looking forward to it but I'm keeping my hopes and anticipation reserved because too much time has passed so trying to keep expectations low as they will never meet these long of expectations. They already cut many ideas they originally had.
Relative anticipation and successive anticipation are different. Yes, there is not a lot of active anticipation for Hytale right now, but there HAS been far more successive anticipation in total for Hytale over the years than almost any other game in development. I don't recall them cutting anything significant at all.
