Epic Walleye Fishing on Lake Erie | Packed Up

GOOD DAY FOR FISHING! LAKE ERIE WALLEYE I CAUGHT MYSELF WRAPPED IN SOME BLUE GOOSE FARM VEG STEAMY STEAMED TOGETHER FOR A BEAUTIFUL MEAL WITH MY FISH FRIENDS!

INGREDIENTS
Walleye
Dill, chopped
Green Onions, chopped
Salt
Olive oil
Swiss Chard
Chervil
Lemon
Rice
COOKING METHOD:
1. Cut walleye into separate fillets.
2. Place walleye on Swiss chard along with a slice of lemon and chervil. Add a glug of olive oil and a pinch of salt. Wrap the walleye in the Swiss chard, top with green onions, and tie together with butcher's twine.
3. Add to a steamer for 8-10 minutes.
4. Steam rice.
5. To plate, add steamed walleye on top of the steamed rice topping with olive oil, a squeeze of lemon, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of herbs.

Two of my favorite Local Legends on one boat this is insane ‼️ Paul is one of my favorite local fisherman hands down & Matty is my favorite local culinary expert. You team the both of them up & throw them on Pauls boat on Lake Eire you get this Masterpiece 👌 💯 Next you guys should try to fish the maid of the mist docks in Niagara falls like Paul got to do with Dave mercer. Thats my hands down favorite fishing episode of all time no question. Matty you would bring the energy of niagara with you. That would totally be a dream episode i wish i could tag along for ‼️‼️

Nice Matty!...me and my father used to go for the huge walleyes out there too...but for the right spots, you have to go so far out that you wouldn't be able to see either shores....was close to an hour to get there, but it's worth it!

Charter a Walleye trip Saturday morning my two boys and I limited out in three hours. The boat Captain put us on the fish quick. We fished out of Port Clinton Ohio on Lake Erie. Was a great time. I wish you and Brad would do another noodling trip for It's Alive again.

Walleyes are amazing tablefare I chase them year round in the boat or out in the wheelhouse through the ice. You havent lived until you catch one from 34 degree water enjoying a beverage on your couch watching the game out in the middle of a frozen lake.
