I agree I have a tiny veggie garden and its amazing watching the daily changes from seed to harvest. Daily awe moments and learning moments. Humbling while filling with gratitude. Also, tastes amazing ❤❤❤
I can see by the plants in that "garden" that they are absorbing some great energy!! There is more to raising produce than dirt and seed. There is energy, love, respect for the land. It all comes together... I had a garden that was 7500 square feet. But an English style secret garden. Lots of paths, many a trellis! It was awesome! Moved into the city left it behind...

How did you season the soba, soy/vinegar/oil/fish sauce?
I like to make a basic sauce for soba with dashi broth, soy sauce and mirin (you can also use honey)
