So buy a good book (No Christopher Hart books please, lol) or watch good youtube videos. A lot of beginner artists don't want to learn the fundamentals, and try to do too much too early on. Start small until you're satisfied with it, get advice from your peers or community if you can, and be patient with yourself. For example: If you can't properly draw a face, or a few boxes in perspective, or a gun, or a torso, why are you trying to draw a complex perspective shot with all of those things incorporated? I only say this because I've been there. I was not an artist that picked things up naturally at an early age. My art didn't look decent until I was like 24, and I've enjoyed drawing all my life. Also, I think art style is something beginner artists shouldn't worry too much about. It kind of forms organically. It's how you like to draw lines, stylistic choices on how you render specific things (like eyes or faces), etc. Get a general style you want to do (very general. comic, manga, realistic, etc), learn at least some of the basics. When you're comfortable enough with drawing things correctly, that's when the experimentation of style is the best.
