Great video thank you for posting. I’m interested in finding a very good shoe. I’ve researched so many of them and I even find that the least expensive $25 shoe has just the same capabilities as some of the issues that are made for problems in the feet, do you orthotic shoe recovery is pretty good. If you can come up with something just let me know. Thank you.
Very useful! I hurt my back last year in a deadlifting injury and a big part of the reason why is because I never stretched my hip flexors and developed an anterior tilt. Eventually under heavy load a disc herniated on my way up. So now I’ve learned that stretching isn’t just to prevent muscle tears - it is also to keep your spine in alignment.
I've been a long time viewer and subscriber. I use many of the stretches featured on your channel regularly. Would there be a good all-over body stretch? One that stretches all, or most, the major muscle groups? I need something like that to begin my day.
I’ve watched your channel for years now and I don’t think I’ve said this before so it’s about time I did …. a very big ‘thank you’ for always including alternative exercises for people that can’t kneel! I never thought of doing that hip stretch on a chair - like Brad demonstrated! I’ve tried doing the stretch laying on my side (on a bed) but will definitely try the chair alternative. Thank you once again!

What if I can do the test with the leg hanging off the bed fine (my leg doesn’t try to go up. It stretches down) but it hurts like the devil??

I need this, but I’m 60 and can’t do this on a table. Glad the chair example was given.
Limited mobility makes stretching this extremely difficult so the seated option is great.
