To be fair, your picking assassins is a wise choice to get some easy trophies and also get some easy mastery rewards. Also Kairos, I know this is too early but when a BP season is about to end, you should save the 200 daily tokens so you can have the most of them going into the new season. I noticed in both season 16 and 17, you played just before the new season starts so you missed about 100 tokens which is reasonable so yeahhhhh

I love it that this episode was very "I'm unlocking these brawlers because I have fun with them the most". Can't wait for the next one!
To answer your coins question (as a cheap-to-play player since global launch): no, coins are not the limiting factor anymore, power points are. 3x bronze 1 mastery = one brawler from power 10 to 11. Power points on the other hand... those are tough. At 100-150 power points per brawler at bronze 2, you need like 10 brawlers for one power 11 upgrade.
That said, I'm close to having all brawlers maxed out again (just 3 brawlers left!), which wouldn't have happened for another 6 months or so without the masteries. I must've upgraded 20+ brawlers from power 10 to 11 simply by getting dozens of brawlers to bronze 1 or 2 (instead of pushing one all the way).

Kairos made his F2P account in season 15.
I made my first account in season 12.
And yet, he still has more trophies, brawlers, and overall progression than I could ever wish for. That goes to show how hard he is working for our entertainment. Keep it up, Kairos!

You should definitely upgrade Spike, as you have said he is always good. I suggested Spike specially because of his mythic gear, it's so strong

Man, I'm looking at your f2p series and that's what i feel: all the credits, brawl pass rewards and now masteries are very rewarding, cool and i would even say fair, but chroma credits on the other hand is kinda unbalanced. Even if kairos will buy every brawl pass from now on, it would take 1.5+ years to get all the chromatic brawlers. But since he's full f2p it would take 2+ (or probably even 2.5+) years to get all chromatics which is painfully long imo.
And remember that kairos grinding the shit out of the game. If you're gonna play casually all the progression would be much slower.
And i can't even imagine how long the progression would feel for a person that will start playing BS casually and f2p in like a year.

My advice is to push every brawler to bronze 3 mastery so you can get the credits and unlock crow 20x faster
As F2P, I have only unlocked 2 bronzes on tic masteries since the update.
You need to complete so many activities, mapmaker to get +30 (3 games), daily quests +400 (1-6 games), club league, power league. After that, playing with randoms will not give much progress in skill.
So much activity for the players, really
Kairos after being silver rank 2 edgar I think you should buy other gadget of edgar it will help you (btw I am level 11 edgar with sheld and damage gear)

just a tip for anybody: different rarities have different mastery rewards, starting-epic give the same rewards, mythic gives a bit more than starting-epic, legendary gives a bit more than mythic, and chromatic gives the same as mythic but one of the rewards is replaced with 100 chroma credits

Now that the trophies reset once every season, supercell should buff the amount of starpoints we get from the brawler
I personally think that for Gale, Spring Ejector is the better gadget in most of the situations.
While Twister may be good against tanks but combined that with Gale's very low supercharge rate, its very difficult to counter tanks.
Twister only acts as a counter against Mortis and Edgar and is only a soft counter to Buzz.
Spring Ejector on the other hand provides the momentum needed in various Hotzone maps and sometimes even in Gem Grab and Heist.
But provided that you are not playing Gale for competitive I think its a fair choice...

Your f2p series is so much better than other content creators such as Lex. You should have won the creator of the year, I can’t believe Lex won it. I watch Lex and I like him too but jour just so much more dedicated and make so mush more informative videos overall

I have been playing brawl stars since season 10 and always been a f2p.I left the game for like 3 months and still don't play it a lot.And now i am felling like kairos is going to become better than me
I personally disagree that tar barrel is the better gadget. If Darryl rolls onto somebody than is it really necessary to slow them? Just my opinion.
This series is the best guide for any f2p player that is planning on playing brawl stars.
The grind is real. You will have more trophies on this then your main soon.

You actually inspired to do my own mini account, and I'm having so much fun with it 🙂 I'm at day 32, I have 22 brawlers (all at power 7 and above) and over 11000 trophies, 10000 of which I got in the first 3 weeks and then I went back to playing more my main account. Masteries have been so good for both my accounts! Thank you for accepting my main account as friend, it's been so good to see some of the Cheap Kairos games as they happen 🥰 Sorry if I was a bit stalky a few days ago, you were playing in such a good team that I couldn't resist seeing 3 or 4 games straight, they were soooo gooood! I will behave from now on haha
And I would really love to play with you one of these days, of course! I have been sick so not at my best but I am getting better, my trophy count is going up again 😅

For F2P accounts, star points are actually useful because you can get guilt free skins for free! Gold mecha Bo and Crow is 100k tokens, so it’d take a long time to get, and you’d get a few great skins for free!
Now I am scared cause kairos played for 100 days and while me playing for 4 years, kairos is starting to catch me up while I am using a lot of real money and all brawler unlocked

I 100% agree with taking Edgar. If you’re playing solo showdown to do masteries, Edgar is gonna be so much easier than Frank or Piper.

I've been chilling on BS since 2019 and now Kairos is on his way to get more trophies than me on his 100d/o account.
I don’t understand why pros are so infatuated by the rocket fuel gadget. When someone jump scares you or gets too close you’ll have no answer to them. Brock’s rocket laces makes it to where he can dodge shots, go over the walls to make it easier to attack throwers or wall campers, deal with Aggro brawlers, and you are untouchable in the air besides poisons; etc. I understand that wall breaks make a brawler better but rocket laces has more utility

As a 46k dules player, I can confirm that Mortis Darryl and Egdar are all viable options when countering long range brawlers on closed maps such as four lakes or grim island. Edgar is especially good on iron core.

Hey the progression seems very quick at the start but when you reach 40-45 K trophies it slows down to like 1-2k trophies increase per season for an average player
