Love those Honda Rebels, especially after the 2017 redesign. These bikes have plenty of pull, specially if you get the 500cc. North America is a different beast all together, specially in the United States. Driving is more treated more like a right since there is no other efficient public infrastructure in place, combing that with 128 kph speeds can be scary and dangerous on a bike. That is why some people prefer a bit more power just to be able to get in and out of situations fast, or take back roads. Anyway, hope you enjoy it, ride safe!

Congrats on the awesome bike! There is nothing like the freedom of riding with some power. Plus, riding in itself is a type of therapy. Whenever I feel stressed or overworked, all I need to do is go for a nice ride and it all goes away. I absolutely love it!! Have fun on that sweet ride!

The first Japanese Superbike in the early 60's was the Honda 305 SuperHawk; a bike that would run with the 650 Brit bikes of the time. Your bike has around 27 RWHP and will leave the old SuperHawk for dead. It's a great engine and a great bike. Check out Itchy Boots who is riding her Honda 300 currently in West Africa. She does awesome videos.

Here in UK, I see two of my nice neighbours still hooked up or re-connected after some years of quitting with motorbikes at the age of 70+.

可以騎車去山上啊！台灣的臉書有不少機車俱樂部、粉專，甚至有TH-camr 會介紹哪些路徑風景很漂亮。例如南橫、中橫、北橫公路，還有貫穿中央山脈的公路之旅。風景都超級漂亮的。沿途可以欣賞台灣的高山之美，還還有原住民部落喔！

騎重機另一個麻煩之處就是停車問題
