Aloha I just retired on January 1st. I've been traveling through all of Southeast Asia, looking for places to hang out for a while.
So far, nothing has come close to what Taiwan has to offer, especially Kaohsiung. Everything seems to work as it should, including the ease of mobility and lack of corruption. Most importantly, what makes it so special are the people. My wife is from Taiwan, and we're looking forward to coming back after our travels through Asia.
Is great to see that you are dedicating more of your time on youtube and it shows up in the quality of your video. Really great stuff I love how you show the city. Keep it up!

Yes, I'd like to see more of your life in Taiwan. You're cut out to be a teacher there as you were a kindergarten teacher in Canada which has brain drain for housing is way too expensive. Haven't watched you in a year. Yea, we miss ADV in China for they had to leave due to Xi's CCP crazy world order. I hope it doesn't militarily invade Taiwan, but it's hell bent on doing just that when it's ready to war. The war will draw in America via the Philippines. I used to teach in Korea, but got burned out for I wasn't cut out to teach kids nor majored in education. I need a more business or tech sort of job which isn't actually available to me abroad nor in the states. Hard world. I like your way of thinking and would love to join you, except no not with little kids. Kool kindergarten graduation ceremony. Star Wars and sci-fi is where it's at.
@ TUBESPECIFIC1 Some Taiwanese companies hire foreigners and there are foreign companies in Taiwan that hire Taiwanese as well as people from outside of Taiwan. These companies are usually, but not exclusively, in IT , trading and manufacturing sectors. Taiwanese companies and Taiwanese people overall are more accepting of foreigners than Japanese or South Koreans. I think most foreigners feel more welcome in Taiwan than the aforementioned countries.

My rent and bills are probably like 15k a month. I spend probably 5-10k a month on food and that's all I spend my money on really. I rarely go shopping or buy new things. I don't even have online banking haha. I can make a video about it if you want
You live the life I am dreaming of, 32 years ago I followed my parents moved to Vancouver, married and have beautiful family, husband treat me like a queen, but I still want to live in Taiwan ⋯⋯like the olden days. Thank you for making those videos to reduced my homesickness 😊
If China were to use Taiwan as the template for developemnt it would be unstopable. We all know with the current regime in Beijin that will never happen.

There are other jobs like engineering or whatever you can do
