I moved back to India just after a month and got the refund of my college fees within 10 days of classes. Everybody appreciated me that i didn't waste my parents money. My situations are pretty settled in India and this place was more like a nightmare to me and therefore I've came back to India. Now I've more respect for India and no matter what the world talk about India.. but it's the richest country among all. There's complete access to anything.. healthcare.. food everything's there. So guys please don't leave India for such a depressing countries like Canada. Please respect our India as it's our mother country ❤❤❤

you took good decision but still it is possible only if your parents and relatives support you. i know the same case where one boy went to canada and struggled alot and he was even not having enough money to pay rent so he stayed in shelter home for almost 3 months and then he decided to come back to india. He came back to India but his real sister and some relatives used to taunt him by comparing others who were staying in canada. His sister used to quarrel with him everyday and used to say that he should die because he wasted his parents money. Unfortunately, he committed suicide after listening harsh words from his sister everyday. Now he is not among us but he was really great and hardworking guy who worked hard in canada but due to lack of support from his own family he committed suicide. Therefore return is not the only option , one's decision should be welcomed by family members also.

People from Punjab think Canada is another Punjab. They don't follow rules, no standards. I understand that they have less education but have some minimum manners. Brampton is a mess. When I asked other Punjabi's who are living in Canada for over 15 years, they blame the young Punjabi students who come to here.

i was born in delhi had to leave when i was 18 due to multiple reasons overall wasnt safe for me sadly & not even few weeks ago i turned 30. I m citizen & got my oci now but watching this brings me all werid unexplainable feelings & flashbacks ☹️(he reminds me of my teenage friend manish bisht) I am still wanting to return but it will be hard finding place, job that links with my interest, plus i lost all my contacts dont know anyone so it will be starting new. So I would say it just depends purely on each person circumstances if your siuations asks of you that you have to stay in foriegn country then do so & push through till you complete whatever you hope to acheive. In my case i m finally in neutral & safe space so thankfully have the privledge to do as i please now with my life. So considering returning now after 12 years even though this feels like my second home now.

Maximum people from tier 1 and 2 cities in India, will not be able to stay for longer duration in Canada, because when they compare their life in Canada vs India, life in Canada is harder and it is not at all worth that hardship. This guy is smart and has made a logical decision. And he has good communication skills and will easily get a good job in India. And after 4-5 years he will be making a lot more than he would have made in Canada.

Go where you are treated best, it is the universal law. For some people place A might be more suitable, for others it may be place B or place C. In short we are all unique in our own perspectives and what is good for some might not be good for others. As sensible individuals, we all should be responsible for our own actions and choices. Good luck everyone

Home Sickness will always be at it's peak when you are in your 20's. Even I faced the same issue, because right from childhood we are pampered, given everything on plate, no house work, no reponsiblities, especially boys. Thankfully, homesickness got to me when I was in India working for an MNC in different state, then I moved back to my home town and I realised my mistakes. When we get matured over time, stand on our own feet, it's then when we realize that we also need to have an independent life.
This boys maturity can be understood when he said he is not comfortable with rules and Canada's quality of food. I don't blame him for that, he will eventually understand over the period of time.
My friend was also pampered his whole life, he got himself admitted to UK's best univerity, but he cannot cope up with taking care of himself, doing things by himself. He completed his course and left UK. Now he is in India 37 years old and recalling his days in UK and how he could have had a better life with citizenship.

There are numerous videos that show you the hardships of life abroad but ofcourse a personal experience is different so if you are planning to settle abroad try to find a friend or family from your country that can share their personal experiences with you!
