Beautiful but with all the mobile homes in parks and not on your own land so much in the news of people being done really bad with rates in parks jumping up sky high and or the parks being sold out from under them thereby making these people virtually homeless and things of this sort....I would never buy a mobile home without it being located on land that I owned as well and NOT on rental property.
Thanks Darci - mobile homes are most often in co-op’s in our area which is ‘land owned’. Members of the co-op, or shareholders, can vote to sell which is the case in so many parks. Exactly! When I was younger I bought an older mobile home on a rented lot. I rented a lot for about 7 yrs n got soooo sick of paying lot rent! I'd NEVER rent a lot again. I felt such relief when I sold it and bought a house!

The lot charge and recreation monthly charge can break the bank. It isn’t the cost of the home but the before mentioned cost

Yes, this includes water, sewer, trash, gated community and all the amenities of the Park. This is fairly low for our area. Being a coastal resort town, average is $1,000-1,400 a month. Thanks for watching!
