This band is the greatest with Freddie Mercury. The greatest performer I have ever seen in my life. There WILL NEVER BE ANOTHER FREDDIE MERCURY. NEVER! I will never get tired of Bohemian Rhapsody. Freddie’s masterpiece which got them on the charts!!!
@@gervankempen8721 yes, they've been touring with Adam Lambert for a decade now, and their chemistry is mind-blowing! Saw them in 2014, what a phenomenal show. Roger and Rufus did a drum battle, there was video footage with John and Freddie during The Days of Our Lives. Adam's voice is otherworldly. They're touring the UK in May 2022. I hope they come back to the US, too!! 💖
Best video testament to back up what us die hard Queen fans know. They were the best band ever.Queen delivered everything they could to and for their fans. Many they had each stated that their only concern were the fans because their fans buy the records and come to the concerts. Freddie was a magnificent creature, a magical force that transcended any prejudices one might have. Each a an artist in their own right. I was never able to see them live. Wish I could have.
Arlitta Rodriguez - All were great musicians and composers. As a Deaky fan, few are even aware of the over a dozen great songs he wrote or of the several instruments he played. At least at 45:24, someone acknowledged his greatness. Saw them live in '80. Amazing, and I've seen dozens of famous bands including The Beatles and Stones.
@@susieq9801 Agree, Deaky writes beautiful songs. I also saw Queen in 1980. I still have the t-shirt! I saw them in Houston at the Summit. Where did you see them?
@@bluebonnetbunny4813 - They never mentioned either that in "Another one bites the dust", on the recording Deacon played every instrument including the funky guitar.
Queen was a group of 4 special guys who was Heaven sent for all of music fans to Love and continue to listen to and watch them perform. Thanks Brian, Roger, and John and the great Freddie Mercury. 🎸🎤🥁🎸👑❤️
What are these folk trying to do? Perhaps throw cold water on the entrenched Freddie Mercury/Queen Legacy. Not gonna happen cause music lovers love Queen and love the goodness of Freddie, John,Roger and Brian, brilliant musicians, ultra intelligent guys and generous hard working entertainers AND 'family'. Loving Queen and their music forever. Aren't these guys expending a lot of oxygen saying why we shouldn't like the music. Forget about it. Case. study, huh? OKAY . . . it's at the end of your Case Study . . . so glad I stayed til the end. Now I get to cry. They're the best. And it did my heart good to hear you say no one can successfully emulate them because they're unique. For sure, four special guys became Queen. "Thanks!"
Queen had a generous Art School graduate Frontman (yell - "Freddie Mercury") who consistently applied his innate talent, dream, and training to give his all AND encourage the magnificence his brilliant band mates could/would bring . . .- from their studios to stages all over the world. That's It!!
An "I'll Feel Good" video for my peace of mind - revisited this 3rd day of 2024. Thrilled it's still here . . . yes, and my tears too. (Check out how well Hot Space thrived/thrives.) Happy New Year all!
As a die hard queen fan, I can whole heatedly say that these people are talking bs. Their statements are unfounded and they seem to have just been pull in of the street as they seem to know little about queen.

BRIAN MAY brought, "We Will Rock You" to the band - not Freddie...(I apologize for nit- picking the info, I just think it's important to give credit to the correct person who wrote the song).
The comment around 3:30 is incorrect - John Deacon was not their first bassist. Mike Grose, Barry Mitchell, Doug Bogie were all bassists for Queen before John Deacon ... why do they get people to speak on a documentary when they are not 100% correct on a fact that most Queen fans know about !
Beautiful Docu ... And reading All comments again ; Ofcourse Mercury was a Musician and Showman extraordinair. He deserves Credit where Credit dues ofcourse . But what a lot of people tend to forget is . He could have NEVER EVER pulled this off on his own . Without Queen , Mercury probably wont be that ,,Big,, as He is / was . If you put the Names to the ,,Style,, of the songs written ... You will excactly know what I mean
Actually Innuendo was written and played largely by Roger and Brian with some songs coming out of jam sessions with the whole band cooperating. I think its a strong album
Quite a good video as far as the discussions about the aspects and musical directions of all the Queen albums is concerned (obviously one does not have to agree with everything these talking heads say) but why on earth use such terribly bad audio material from the live concert in Argentina ?
Who the hell are these people?? If the one guys is identifying himself as the guy that produced the first Queen albums, then is he one of the guys that inspired Death on Two legs??
There's some horrific opinions and terrible mistakes in this documentary. I don't understand how the bald fella says with such authority that Prophets Song is over 9 minutes long and that Bohemian Rhapsody is over 6 minutes long...and he's completely off. Freak.
Luke Gray totally agree and he kept calling Freddie Bulsaro! As a life long queen fan, I was first introduced to Queen at the age of 4 by my eldest brother who was 11 at the time. I listen to Freddie daily and miss him more than my own parents! I know! Shame on me. I wanted to call my youngest son Freddie but hubby wasn't keen! I should have just done it and be done!
And at about 36:18 the guy is talking about We Will Rock You and he said it was Freddie that brought it to the band. That is incorrect. It was written by Brian May.
And at about 40:45 that same guy, says that Freddie was inspired to write the song Bicycle Race because he had a "Fling" with the guy. It's because he saw the race.
I liked all there music because Freddie's voice is so addictive
The best band, best songs , most talented and brilliant and very loved. What more do we need ❤️❤️❤️❤️
I listen to Queen every day, their music is infinite!!👑❤️👑💙👑💚👑💛
simply put, queen is the greatest band that ever existed.. 😇
Rowena Clarin so true. Their history is amazing
and still exists, even with Adam Lambert!!!!!

Thank you. Wonderful documentary
What amazing songs Queen wrote.
Queen II is their heaviest Rock album. Their most progressive were A Night At The Opera and Jazz.
You are right Queen is the best band period love them.
100%! No other band can compare. What a catalog of songs!
I was listening to Led Zep before 1969. I thank the blokes who offered insightful commentary.

Actually, being a Queen fan from the late 70's onward, I think that a lot of the stuff they say is more or less spot on.

Of course Freddy was the leader of Queen.
Freddie
He always said he wasn't the leader, just the lead singer.
