    Just beautiful, Tina💕 I’m definitely going to try painting some mag pages, because I’m desperate to know if they feel as good as they look and how I imagine they feel🤓 I have a few of the oblong t bags but the majority of mine are wee round ones, so I’m keeping my eyes peeled 👀 for round and small images to play with, this was a wonderful wee video that really made me think 🤔 I can do that easily🥰 🤗 X

      Oh thank you Caroline, I hope you enjoy doing some of the painted magazine pages, I think they feel just wonderful, they become really soft, just lovely. Yes, my teabags are all the round ones too, the herbal bags are maybe the ones that tend to be the larger rectangular ones, folded over and stitched, or possibly the more expensive brands........but I never buy those so I don’t know 🤔 x

    I loved working with the tea bags in the 3 in 30 video and I love how they look here and I am very excited to try it. In my personal, humble opinion I did not like the pink label on that piece. I thought it took away from the delicate and vintage look of the piece and the color seemed off. This is the first time I haven’t liked something, because your work has always been amazing.

    • @shabbydabbydoodah
      @shabbydabbydoodah  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, the tea bags are so great aren’t they? Sorry that you didn’t like the label, I wonder if I was in the minority with the label? X

    • @susiescraftroomandstudio
      @susiescraftroomandstudio 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Shabbydabbydoodah Tina, it could have been how the color appeared on camera. That is the only thing I could imagine because your pieces ALWAYS come together even when it seems like that might not. I also thought about it after I had commented and one thing that was VERY different is that you don’t really use squared off pieces, and that had very sharp corners, which I think was something that didn’t seem like you and it didn’t look vintage with that piece. I love you and your work. Please don’t be discouraged by my comment. I am your biggest fan 😁

    Don't worry about repeating yourself, you're only human & technology happens to all of us. Perhaps remember though, that viewers of this video don't necessarily have prior knowledge from other videos of how you got this far e.g. what type of magazine paper? how were they prepared with paint? were the tea bags used dry or were they brewed & then dried out? You either need to tell us the process, or refer us to the appropriate video, so we understand what the process is. Hopefully then, you'll get many more fun creatives joining in :) Best wishes.

      Thank you Joanne, yes it’s tricky because you don’t want to be boring those who have watched previous videos, but then you don’t want any of those who haven’t seen the previous videos to be confused or wondering what you did to get where you are now. Thank you for understanding, and yes I should try and point them in the direction of the relevant video, great idea x
