SO cute, Cat! I've been on the junk journal adventure for the last year or so and loving it! I use the altered tea bags in my journals as embellishments. They are SO much fun to make and you came up with some ideas I have not seen before. TFS for the inspiration, Cat!

Thanks so much! YES, I actually thought about stitching on some of the ones I made, but decided to keep the video shorter. I still might, though... 😉 You could ask family/friends to save tea bags for you - I hate to think of anyone skipping coffee for tea... 😳 LOL!

These are soooo beautiful :) I collect tags and boxes from the 'pukka' tea company ... The tea bags come in paper sachets which I also collect but I never thought of using the actual tea bag as well!! TFS xx

Great project!! I was scared to use the teabags after really using them...have tags from them, even cute sugar packets, that would be perfect on the teabags them selves..Now this comes at perfect time...just ran out of tea dye, time to collect the have and play! TFS

Could I also ask about your desk top, I see that same desk top in lots of TH-cam tutorials, is it a specific desk or I was wondering if it could be laminate or maybe wallpaper? I really like it and I’m looking for something to cover my plain white laminate desk with, hope you don’t mid me asking 😊
Leanne Sawtell -I saw those large cardboard like sheets at hobby lobby. They seem to be the thing lately that crafting you tubers are using to cover their surface making them more presentable.

Cat, I dont drink tea but I want to try tea staining paper. Does green tea or other flavors give the paper different colors?
Hi Shawna - I haven’t done very much tea staining yet, but I can tell you that green tea will give you a lighter color and black tea will be darker. 😊 And the color will also depend on how strong you make the tea...
