Donald Bradman? Seems like the man who captains the greatest Australian team ever and leads them effectively as a man is the best captain from Australia

It takes a real leader to know great things happen when there is a great team and a group of people around them that supports them to succeed. Steve Waugh and Javed Miandad of Pakistan were two players who had the guts to fight for their country and go through the pain barrier and still perform brilliantly whilst obviously injured to grind the opposition to the dirt....Miandad performed miraculous innings after miraculous innings during the 92 World cup and was one of the major reasons Pakistan won that 92 World cup in Australia. He and Steve Waugh had the same mentality. Both leaders and legends.
Sometimes its all about challenging yourself, fight with your will to overcome the fear, its not like someone would've blamed waugh for not playing because aussies already returned the urn before oval test but still watch challenge himself for playing this test, its all about winning from the fear its the battle of will power within ourself!!!!
