Rojak in singapore or malay have different sauce on top of it. And you mix veggies and fruit on a very thick black sauce. Jn Jndonesia rujak is only fruit. Slices of fresh fruit eaten with thick peanut and gula jawa sauce. The one in jogja is more like asinan side. The asinan is fruit or veggies soak in vinegar and chilli sauce.

There are fruit rujak, veggie rujak, and mixed rujak in Indonesia, of course with different sauces & consistency. Fruit rujak u ate with ice cream is a kind of fruit rujak but shredded, usually the sauce is more watery and a bit spicy. There is another kind of fruit rujak with sliced/cut fruit. Usually the sauce consistency is more viscous & u can adjust the spiciness level.

I think it's bcs she actually was kinda trained for that. Cabin crews are supposed to help and prioritize their passengers if bad things happen so it makes sense why she could handle those type of activities pretty well.
