Cool video, nice install. Did you have to extend the throttle by wire?

    • @Idahoup

Yup, I had to extend all the wires (including the throttle by wire wires). I purchases a wire extension kit for the speedo display, but for all the other wires I soldered in extensions.

Amazing video, one of the best I have watched so far! I have ordered the same OG 10.5-inch raiser and handlebar. I am going for 6" wires extention (plug and play). I am planning to keep the oem brake line however I can't find the proper lenght for the clutch cable. Any advise on what length I need and where to purchase it? are 6" wires extention long enough? Thanks in advance!

Appreciate it. 6" wires for plug and play will be perfect. I used the LA Choppers Upper Quick-Connect Clutch Cable (12"-14") and I've got no complaints. I purchased it from Revzilla. www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/la-choppers-upper-quick-connect-clutch-cable-for-harley-softail-2018-2022?sku_id=10175135

I’m looking into getting 6” risers and will also be rising the gauge. Do I need to purchase an extension wire kit for the gauge?

You might actually be able to get away with the stock wire on anything under a 6.5 riser, but don't quote me on that. I will say it sucks to find out you're wrong in the middle of an install, because then you have to put everything on pause until the extension comes in. But in your case, if it was me, I might roll the dice. Hope that helps. Let me know how it turns out.

consider the 1fngr clutch lever assembly if you have smaller hands or carpal tunnel... i have both :(

Thank you sir, yes that’s the heated grips cable. Also did you need to extend the cables or was the factory length good enough?

    • @Idahoup

I got away with reusing the break cable, but I had to get a clutch cable extension and a digital speedo extension. I also extended all the internal wiring. Thanks for the confirmation on the heated grips cable.

I think you're right. Thank you so much for clearing that up or me. I can't believe I didn't think of that.

What cables did you have to extend? Have a dyna street bob wondering if all the stock cables will be fine?

I got about 15 inches overall height, after playing around with how I wanted my handlebars angled.
