I have the hatchback version and I hit 205 km/h on a flat road and 211 km/h going downhill.
Not bad for a little 1.0L 3 zyl, on top of the fact that it is a very fun car to drive.

@@peri8728 It means Mark Four, in other words it's the fourth generation of the Focus.

Great video. I got this car new a few weeks ago, and it seems to be pulling slightly to the left or right at highway speeds, like if there was some crosswind. Did you notice something similar on this test??
No, i don't recall having experienced something like that.

It's a real good engine for only 1.0 liter. I rememer that I tested a 2017 car and It seemed rather good to me. The only thing that I didn't like were the vibrations at steering wheel, pedals and gearshift. Not very intense but irritant to me. Good test!!!

👍 🤔 Der Vorgänger mit 125 Ps geht besser und scheint dabei auch sparsamer zu sein .Ist der Mk4 schwerer? Ich rede von einem Titanium Turnier mit 17 Zöllern.

I f*cking love this car... :) I own the hatchback version, titanium business. same color same engine. I did max 190km/h, but it felt like it could’ve gone even higher.

Looks like you're not using Sport Mode. Could have made some difference.

@@SuperchargedMagazine i have near the gearlever one button for the drive mods. Eco, Normal and Sport. You really feel the difference in Sport mode. Glad I could give you this info.
I don't think there are modes with the maual transmission.
@@sic22l There is. As a matter of fact I think that is standard.
@@MikePT15 Yes, I have the Titanium Business wagon version and it has these modes. The modes don't make it any faster though, it just responds more direct. You can get the same performance effect by just pushing the gas pedal further down.

The micorphones are only covered by a windscreen. The Focus indeed was rather quiet compared to other cars.

@James SmithThey're bith the quietest entries in this segment. Be careful with Ford - the ST-Line comes with pretty noisy tires.

Bin ich froh das ich einen VW Golf 7.5 mit dem 2.0 TDI 150 ps(340nm) motor habe... Der 1.0l 3 zylinder in dem Ford ist ja mal echt langsam und verbraucht mehr als meiner xD

@@hurzlugurzludugudrobus-dou8561 Ich finde Vollgas ist hier nicht das Problem, eher dass viel zu spät hochgeschaltet wird. Im 4. Gang für eine zu lange Zeit über 6000u/min ist nicht gerade der Hit...
