Making the Empire State Building paper scale model for my diorama project - scale 1/1800

  • Part of my next project, a piece of Manhattan, NY diorama in 1/1800 scale, made of paper model skyscrapers (downloaded from the internet then printed at home onto 210g/m2 A4 photo paper.). This video shows the building of the Empire State Building. The finished structure is approximately 24 cm (9.5") tall. In this video I`m not commenting the procedure as I have done a tutorial on building paper scale model skyscrapers. Link below.

    I will make the same thing but the John Hancock center model out of that not the same thing that you are using but the same paper type

      Just simple white PVA.

      210 g/m2 photopaper, white PVA glue, one wooden toothpick, some Humbrol/Revell model paint - light grey.
