Or maybe it’s because Tibbs acted unprofessional after the fight and slandered Ben Davison’s name for doing the right thing to keep Billy healthy. Billy worked with Ben on and off since 2013 and he asked him to be in his corner for the Canelo fight. Tibbs said Ben had no business being there but it was Billy’s decision as he is the boss. Tibbs slandered Ben after the fight and ultimately Billy did the right thing. Ben moved on further with BT sport and making massive moves in his career and Tibbs carries on losing fighters, how many people have left Tibbs this year?

@@daviddelacey8938 - this....... Tibbs is as real as real gets. He's proper. He has his limitations like we all do - but he undisputedly knows boxing and I think he tells it straight. Saunders is undoubtedly an incredible fighter - but its that old thing of levels - and he isnt elite/world class....simple - a true pro or true fella accepts and recognises that - BJS is a great fighter - but he's a d*ck..I wont go into it but hes not a good representative of the sport we love...

I'm a Brit living in LA & you can have lots of fun with the mexican people, they're very informal and have a fantastic sense of humor but they are also very respectful and if you disrespect them you will know about it, you'll get hurt.
Still yet to hear a single word from BJS after he was destroyed by Canelo Alvarez, BJS always has so much to say when he wins can’t shut him up but now complete silence tells me all I need to know. All credit to Mark Tibbs his reputation is in tack unlike BJS.

Underrated trainer IMO, still has a good stable to train as Joe mentioned.
Whyte wanted to broaden his team and asked Tibbs to remain but Tibbs didn't want any part of it so Whyte called it a day and separated from Tibbs via his legal team.
It’s because mark and Jimmy won’t suffer the bullshit. You’re a proper fighting man or you’re not with them .. they won’t fluff you up.

In the instance with BJS he had only his fighters interest in it and rather than let him fight on stepped in and in my view he may well have saved BJS eyesight

Regarding Whyte's split from Tibbs.
Whyte wanted to broaden his team and asked Tibbs to remain but Tibbs didn't want any part of it so Whyte called it a day and separated from Tibbs via his legal team.
Regarding Daniel Dubois, DDDs dad decided to not use Tibbs because Tibbs couldn't give his son the focused commitment he wanted due to training other fighters. This is why Tibbs said his dad was controlling, but it was disingenuous of him to say so.
