After watching more of Canelo I think that he'd eventually wear Saunders down. If Billy could keep on his toes the whole 12 rounds and not take too much punishment then I give Saunders the win. If he gets tagged repeatedly or switches off then Canelo wins by KO in the 8th or 9th. Alvarez has a massive frame, even for a middleweight. I can't see Saunders hurting him at all.

Why did Billy Joe Saunders and his team celebrate when the announcer said "He is still undefeated". They were both undefeated going into the fight so the announcer still could have possibly said Chris Eubank Jnr's name. The ref put his arm up as soon as that was said as well. Really weird.
Needs to happen again. Feel the first fight eubank had his tactics all wrong. Saunders has one good chin though! Taking Eubanks shots towards end of the fight.

Brilliant fight! I wanted Eubank Jr to win, but respect to BJS for being tactically superior on the night. Let's see how Eubank Jr gets on against Blackwell, before we talk about a rematch. +KingLouis51 He looked so good because Spike and Chudinov aren't exactly world beaters. They are very average, Andy Lee is much better than the both of them. There was no need for Billy to finish strong because of the two knockdowns and he edged a lot of the early rounds. Andy Lee's right hand has one punch KO power and everybody knew he was behind on the scorecards, Billy just had to be active and wait for the final bell.
CM678 Well Eubank beating Spike into submission was more entertaining to me than Saunders's 12-round boxing lesson. Also, Saunders said on numerous occasions that Spike would KO Eubank so Saunders obviously rates him highly.
Saunders did well to beat Lee, don't get me wrong, I think he's a fantastic boxer. I'm just saying I think Eubank has improved more comparatively since this fight than Saunders has.

Eubanks Jr fought the wrong fight. He should have smothered BJS by fighting in close and pinning him on the ropes. its obvious Jr is stronger. he allowed BJS to to much space.
It is a shame Billy is not fighting more regular, but that isn't his fault. Look let's be real, Billy schooled Eubank in this fight. Billy is technically a better boxer, Eubank is a fighter, not a boxer. Eubank has fought opponents he can hit which makes him look good. He has none of the talent Eubank Sr had. Billy does not need Eubank, he is levels above him. If they had the rematch, the result would be the same, but Billy's win would be a wider margin if it went the distance.
