This looks like every new, modern home being built in California. They even use the same furniture! This is what every spec builder is doing.
It's nice. But this is not at all unique! It is the standard Vegas nightclub aesthetic.

Agreed. i think the (minor) issue with alot of mansions we see on this channel is they look "nice", but they're also sterile and they lack passion in their designs.
However, THIS mansion here both looks nice **and** has passion built in its design; it actually has "character" to it. truly a 10/10.

look your homes are nice but they all look kinda similar, and where is the sexy for the roof and back yard both areas are very plain jane and theres NOOOO privacy in the back, who wants to be on display, would be nice if these developers took into consideration that most ppl dont want to be on dislpay..they want total privacy, an awesome tropical oasis, with a sunken area and wheres the fire... and what about the solar ....c'mon

The Great Unavailing! Love all multi-use rooms! Entertainment areas, theater, steam/sauna, putting green, pool, especially the Jacuzzi.

I envy the elevated 1st floor for tropical storm surge reasons. Built like a fortress. Smart linear stretching horizontal lines, practical and efficient open space to pass through for moving about the property, or party guest parking or whatever.
On the practical interior flooring point of view:
I hope there won't be children in that home with those glossy floors, they would break a lot of Bones.
It looks like the house is designed for Entertaining. Therefore, the continued slick marble tile-like floors throughout the house and out by the pool is most frightening....
one drop of water 💦 from anywhere and down ↘️you go....! Nice to look at, but very impractical. ? Women in high heels clak, clak, clak... Even flip flops makes for an easy slip and fall anywhere on that slick floor. 🍌$$$ .
A house dog would be spinning it's paws. UNLESS, it's a hybrid rubber floor that looks like marble with a high-gloss of some anti-fatigue material, that would be awesome! I'd LOVE to know what it is?
All of the vertical designs with windows for the walls and ceilings and interior layouts combining glass, marble wood and metal work are exquisite ✨

It's nice to look at but i wonder about functionality. It's very chiseled. Lot of tile, sharp edges, glass, etc. Not very child friendly. Looks great but seems only for an adult couple.

I'm not sure I'm down with the quantity or variety of light bulbs. You'd need a large closet to store spare, and finding the specific bulb needed for every light would be a constant problem. Beautiful but I see annoyances.

In these wealthy waterfront communities, are there regulations on the size of yacht that can be docked in back of the property?
I believe the only thing that matters is how deep the waterway is. IDK if you saw until around the middle with the massive mega yacht. That yacht is so big it can't actually dock with the house because it's not deep enough there.

Nice house sure... But it is in Florida, You couldn't pay me to live there.
Purchasing this is out of the question, you can't insure it... Outside of small insurance firms like Farmers, All-State, etc abandoning that State due to AGW, the World Big 3 Insurance Houses haven't underwritten a Florida insurance policy in almost a decade and they are never going to again.

personally i hate the excessive use of marble, the house looks very tacky/gaudy and over bearing for such a beautiful exterior and heavenly place it's situated at. it looks too artificial or something like that i cant really explain - harsh lighting, harsh colors, harsh lines, harsh interior/decoration everywhere etc. love the bedroom (5:08) and bathroom on the upper floor though- that's an aesthetic and feel i like with marble floors the most.
