For me Roger is a masterpiece in tennis. His tennis is very special, outstanding, unique and incomparable. I love tennis due Roger. I admire his unrepeatable tennis and Roger will live forever in my heart like a tennis magic genius.
The GOAT debate will always be up for discussion. However for pure genius talent on the court Federer definitely played the game on a different level to everyone else.
Ya know, every time someone brings up the "Best single-handed backhand" debate I always go with Roger over Stan, Gasquet, Thiem, etc. The variety - and the positions - he can hit that BH flick or BH half volley from is crazy. And the slice passes? In particular you left out one from the 2007 AO against Roddick that makes me giggle just thinking about it. (Poor old Andy... LOL!) Those other guys aren't nearly as good with their backs to the net either. They may hit with more power - but Roger's variety wins more matches. Those guys have 1 mode - hit it hard and hit it 100 mph.
Without doubt, Federer is the most talented, beautiful, vesatile player ever to play tennis. Variety of shots he has, is far more than combined of Nadal or Novak. His volley , stop volley, backend, forehand and dropshots are very pleasing to watch. To play for 20 over yrs with very high consistency is simply amazing. And above all, he is very humble, down to earth always easy going with his fans and media. We hardly read or hear ppl say bad things abt him. It is astonoshing to know that he has never retired half way in 1250 matches he has played. This shows how much he loves Tennis.. No other player has this effect on public past 50 yrs plus. No wonder he gets so much love, respect and attention from Reporters, players and public.. Even if Novak wins 25 Slams, he can never match talent, skill, charishma, elegance and popularity of Federer. Last but not the least, behavior on the court where RF gets 9.9 out of 10 and Novak may be 4....Novaks behaviour in tokyo olympics last wk is totally disgrace and unacceptable. He shd banned for few months. 👌🏻
Fed must have played some squash as a youngster as some of those bh flicks are such squash like shots - timing and hitting the ball in front is unbelievable - so enjoyable to watch - thank you..
Wow Raz, this is an amazing piece, don't know why I didn't watch it before. Different angles, different strokes, different speeds. I think it's one of the best Federer's videos you have posted. Thank you very much.
Great video 👍 will miss Federer's greatness and his unique gameplay. Wish I could've watched him play in flesh. For roger, excellence was routine and do it for over 20 years is incredible 😇😇
Fascinating - when you see the shots grouped like this you can see how he has time to build a game plan (how??) and draw players to the net and then pass them, or get them into an impossible position, and then play across court. And such ability to run and cover the court. Marvellous stuff.
9:11 Wish this awesome sort of 360-rotation camera would be used more often...Saw a little bit of it in the 2009 Wimby final and in various ATP events in 2015, but now it seems to be gone.
Great video and fantastic job Raz, congrats! Until I die, I will ever miss Federer's magic touch and his golden years of glory will ever leave everlasting memories in my heart.
1:11 it’s so amazing that mirka thoroughly enjoys his winning points. 18:54 is my favorite Roger shot👏👏 it is so difficult point and nobody else would have done it. It truly gets a unique reaction from Andy. Also the drop shot against berdych.
Really appreciating you grouping similar shots together which can help with better understanding of the mechanics involved... Which ones have you pulled off in a real match?
Good work, Another a good Idea is multiple videos of Each, the best passing shots of Atp 250, 500, 1000, Slams, even Olympics, but I doubt the slams and especially the Olympics way too many copyright strikes on the Olympic videos.
Another stellar video as always, but I'm just wondering how you're able to post all this footage from Masters events and ATP Finals? Are you paying for it or has TennisTV stopped being a copyright demon, or what? Thanks Raz! I ask the question 'cuz I actually plan to upload some of my own stuff in the near future and I'm not certain on what gets copyrighted and what doesn't. I had thought TennisTV was just striking anything from ATP matches and only Grand Slam points were "safe" to post, but seeing this I guess I'm wrong.
It all comes down to guessing and luck. I’m trying to separate Grand Slam footage and other footage to see what happens. If I don’t mix material, maybe the chance is higher that the videos stay up, but I don’t know tbh. It’s trial and error really. Can’t give any advice because a lot of random stuff happens. I’m definitely not paying, I don’t have that kind of money lol!
@@RazOls Alright, I see. But yeah, I would assume Grand Slam footage is the best bet. (Except for 2019 French Open stuff which seems to be copyrighted for some reason) But it also seems like any ATP clips that haven't been featured yet on the TennisTV channel are up for grabs, because then they can't content ID you. So I guess as long as you include clips before they do, you're safe? Maybe also finding Davis Cup and Olympics clips is a good idea, because there are quite a few really good rare points from the Ponytail Era :)
The kind of shots RF plays is out of this world...i see his videos again and again and again, but i enjoy each time. Everyshot he plays is majestic. Novak or Nadal can never match his talent nor shotmaking.. truly Goat...salute to RF..
those type of points shows somethink special. When you have the advantage dont be undue (it means you have to play with your senses and all of your inteligences not only with your mind and your technique, tennis is a sport that needs all kinds of intelligences and your senses to be active, thats how you control the atmosphere of a game thats how your technique goes better and better ).! So we say that Federer is genius. what means genius? He understand the atmosphere in a highest level and for that reason he managed to have a highest level technique and those work together to finds also the correct tactics and the best timeing.

His slice passing shots are truly a thing of beauty
Mozart composing music, Van Gogh painting, Federer playing tennis.

A video I worked very hard on! Hope you guys enjoy :)

LOL, "banana" shot against Nadal ! Priceless !
Compliments Raz. There are only ATP matches, aren't they?
its great RAZ....more than usual ,can see the extra work u put into this..✌
Great work bro. God bless.
Federer gave us the Gift of Watching Greatness and for 20+ Years at a HIGH Level...Thank you so Much Roger...You are my Favorite Athlete of all Time
Federer has every shot in the book. Then he created new ones for us to enjoy. Love RF.

Well Said
Federer is from another Galaxy
No, what wins matches is whether he can blow his opponent off the court with it
The goat...who took tennis to stratospheric levels, played some real greats and gave us the world Rafa and Nole. Roger the 🐐
Smartest player to ever play the game. Nobody else can leave HUNDREDS of opponents just standing there clueless as to how they lost the point.
Jeez i really can’t realize how many bh flicks passing shot he produced in all his carrier

Exactly what I think. His tennis is magic

All the genius of Roger Federer in this video frankly hats off your masterpiece is magnificent Bravo!!!
"who's the daddy?" LMAO haven't heard that one before
They say you can't touch masterpieces and I'm starting to believe this is true, because no one can touch Federer's backhand slice passing shots.
I'll wait until I hear from you to call you "Raz".
Mr. Ols: Thank you for another GREAT video of the maestro, RF.
My pleasure :)
Roger the Magician...
The ultimate shot maker..

Federer might not be the GOAT but he is definitely the most natural, talented, effortless, beautiful, versatile to watch.

roger is absolutely the nice backhand ever....firstly his backhand slice...i hope someday i want to see him vs dustin brown ..😂😂
20 minutes of passing shots? Unbelievable.

What a compilation. Thank you mate! Those backhand slice passes are insane.
Great video! But why haven't you added Grand Slams shots? Due to copyright?
Yes, I will try to keep them separately for each video, to see if it makes any difference
Great video, but the best one is missing (against Nadal, Wimbledon 2008, 4th set tiebreak).
He did not include Grand Slam clips. Seems like ITF gets angry if he takes them and put in the video
moral of the story: don't create an angle for Federer when hitting an approach shot...
Best one? For me the one vs Hewitt in Indian Wells.
Good videos... but why did you switch to 720p? That sucks a bit.

@@RazOls No problem mate. There are just so many!😅
I don’t recall that one by memory. Is there a link?
Federer Flick on display
Uncanny situational awareness on those slice passers and wrist flicks.
Should have been 101 since the greatest of them all was the down the line passing shot against Nadal in W2008
102 - the slice pass against Roddick at the 2007 AO. I giggle just thinking about it...
Raz is on a roll! 😃 Loved it!
All I have to say is that you have to be pretty confident to go back to the net after he does that to you.
What about the 08 Wimbledon final championship point shot
GOAT🐏
Too many ads sorry so I'll download it and watch it peacefully.
Great work done 👏
I never understood certain vocabularies used in tennis broadcasts. "Ridiculous" is a word, obviously, of negative connotation.
Irony. Like, "bad" is good, "sick" is awesome, and "you old bastard" means life-long friend 🤪
Depends on the context, English is VERY weird lol
19:02 min , and again .... What the hell ?!
Another ridiculously good video 👌🤩
The weak side doing the magic.
6:12 What is this? A quiet Nadal???
You'd think after they've said "unbelievable" for the 40th time they'd realise one thing it clearly ISN'T is unbelievable.
;-D
We're not likely to see this type of performance again. He doesn't even look real. So effortless.
Damn Raz, your videos have been top notch lately. Keep up the good work buddy
Thanks man!! Happy you like them :)
Nice content but now thinking about it these are not that hard to find. Federer has like 20 of these shots at in every match he plays lol.
Roger Federer, making his rivals fall to the ground since day 1
Mannarino had hair at one point?!
Whos opponent 7:53?
All this with a 90 sq inch racket.
And Grand Slam passings?... They did not exist?
Vintage Federer
Copyright issues? Anyway, great work as usual.
Tennis without Federer is dead... bécause we have the boring djokodoping and this Bad génération who cant winna slam... Fédèrer Come back please
Hope this video won't get blocked by virtue of copyright
WE Can watch several hours of Federer match but 5 minutes of Djokovic match boring
